The staff were amazing. Ms. Kia and the other female staff were very professional, polite, caring and friendly. I will definitely return because of them. Breakfast was amazing.

The suite, I selected was not the one I selected. The room could not accommodate 4 adults. I ended up sleeping on the floor. The pull out bed was deplorable; it was like sleeping on the metal frame. Nothing like you would expect in a Fairfield. Hotel in need of upgrade. The buffet was full but we found hair in the eggs. Cafe staff did not have on hairnets or gloves. Area was clean and spacious. I will never stay there again.

The curtain has no use to stop street lamp from shining on my face. The whole night I was talking with the lamp. Second, the front desk can not understand my English. By the way, you need to pay to park.

I asked for coffee refils for my room in 3 different occasions but they never delivered it. Some how, since I opted out of having the room clean everyday that also meant no coffee refills. One of the three explanations I got. I paid way to much for this place.

Not worth it
The room smelled damp . Paid $190 for 1 night . A joke. The sink was clogged and neighborhood didn’t seem safe at night. I plug a whole in the wall between the toilet paper just in. Case of peep holes with camera. Nothing seems new all old and rotted . Cleaning people did the best they can with a run down hotel .

I needed a place to stay for one night during a cross-country road trip. This hotel was great for that purpose (clean room, comfortable bed, hot breakfast, close to the highway) but I would come back for longer Atlanta trips too.

The staff is great! The morning breakfast has a nice variety as well (hot and cold options). The area is walkable with restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers.

Just okay...
The light and the outlet on the center table did not work in our room. The carpet felt damp, too. Breakfast foods and coffee were empty and several customers were waiting, some for up to 20 minutes. Hotel staff were good, but most other things lacked a little.
