Broken heater

Had to change rooms in the middle of my stay due to a heater that was blowing out cold air. Very inconvenient and I was not offered any compensation this issue.

Needed a place to stay close to a specific business location and I always look for Hampton Inn frirst-and as I expected, I was not disappointed. The service from the front desk staff was superior.

Great hotel, great room!!!!! My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay at Hampton inn. The hotel was great. The breakfast was also good. Will be returning again.

Poor quality pillows. Mattress was uncomfortable( although this could be subjective). Receptionist and operator-- they were not rude, however they seemed passive, cold and unmotivated to go above and beyond.
