The hotel clerk at the time of arrival was not friendly, did not inform of the facility in their offerings. Here’s your key, elevator around the corner to the second floor. Room was clean, bathroom outdated but clean. Loved the location of the facility not far from anything that one might want to do or eat. Would stay again.

Sats comes with free breakfast! Does Not! Want to charge $10 a person for cold runny eggs and cild sausage. Worst stay ever!

Amanda was awesome!! We arrived at midnight and she gave us a room for the weekend. She was very pleasant when I called to ask if they could accommodate us and once we arrived she was very helpful. The hotel was safe and clean.

Booked for location and Free Breakfast but they charge you for it. Once I saw what they offered, I left early and went some where else to have breakfast. Young male that checked me in was very nice.

The stairs on each end of the building are not accessible, that’s a safety hazard. If a fire breaks out, each floor of guests would have to take turns accessing the elevator to the lobby. Emergency staircases are mandatory.

Hello Marcus, thank you so much for your feedback. In regard to the stairs, they are indeed accessible. The door is locked from the outside to ensure that non guest won't be able to access the stairs. They Do open from the interior side of the stairwell to allow guests to exit freely. I hope this answers your concerns.

Clean, neat, convenient, good facilities, BUT got in after midnight and found toilet seat broken and too small, sink plunger didn’t work (had to remove it manually), and moldy top of shower curtain. That morning couldn't get room key to work. Too many frustrating annoyances after a long day/drive.

I checked in an was given room 205, this room air or phone did not work. So I was given 425, this room had stains in the long chair, patch holes in the wall and no phone. Finally, I was switched to 415, this room also had stains on the lounger but no microwave.

Hello Infinaty, I wanted to address the comment you make about not having any rooms available on the date of your reservation. It appears there may be some confusion. We had plenty of rooms available on your reservation date but you didn't show up. According to the agreement between you and Expedia all cancelations (or no shows) will be charged the full amount of the reservation. You can dispute this if your wish with Expedia directly.

OMG compared to the hotel I stayed in, has nothing on it, for instance Marietta Hotel on Cobb Pkwy non smoking room smells like someone been having intimacy and didn't even wash their selves, old stinking shoes, and weed, and regency Inn on Cobb Pkwy just little and can't even move around, BUT THIS HERE YOU KNOW IM COMING BACK, MY ROOM WAS CLEAN, QUIET, BEAUTIFUL, TV WORKING, STRESS FREE...BESIDES THE SNORING IM LEAVING MY OFFSPRING HOME NEXT TIME AND JUST BRING MYSELF I DIDN'T GET TO SLEEP..ITS THE BEST SO FAR..AND MY FAVORITE RESTURANT IS right next door....I think its be my go to stress free place to go to..when I'm depress.....

The staff was kind, even with a misunderstanding, but was easily and quickly resolved. Room was spacious and clean, my only complaint was the water didn’t get hot enough.

Stayed at this hotel while en route to Florida. Hotel is outdated and they’ve used Band-Aid solutions to pass it off. The shade in our window was ripped and pulled down. Bathroom was dirty. Had an overall dingy smell in the entire hotel. The water pressure in the evening was very poor. The children could barely take a shower the next morning there was no water pressure. Windows are old and clearly hear everything outside not to mention. The walls are paper thin. we just wanted somewhere to rest for the continuation of our drive and we were more tired in the morning. Would not recommend staying here and he definitely will not again.

the paint was peeling in my room. The towels look dingy and the bed looked unattractive. the mattress need to be changed out due to the ware of it. However, I didnt stay all night because i was so uncomfortable. I wanted to just have some quiet time and I could have gotten it. But I couldnt get comfortable. I left at 830pm the ladies we gathered infront of the service desk they saw me. But I said good night and proceeded to my car. It just needs a little TLC...
