Very nice staff and hotel

Pros: The place was under remodel but very clean and quiet.
Cons: It could have been close to where I wanted to stay. Expedia did not show me hotels close to where I was searching, but that's not the hotels fault.
Location: Downtown Atlanta has many offerings for all ages. Great food too.

Hotel staff steal from rooms. Manager unconcerned

First off, the floor smelled like mold and there were cherios all over the room (including in the bed). Then a maid stole $165 from my daughters purse. When I called to report the incident, the manager cut me off with a "you have no proof". I know I didn't have proof. I just thought they would want to know. He didn't. He told me all of his staff 100% honest. He eventually agreed to at least look into it and call me back, but of course he didn't.

Overall, a decent stay.

Pros-Close to downtown (15 minute drive), free breakfast, free parking, and staff was fantastic. Staff was helpful, friendly, and definitely do their jobs well, from the cleaning crew to front desk to hosts, they were all wonderful. Cons-Rooms are fairly small, elevator was awful (only one was working and it moved in slow motion), pool area could use some attention as it looked a little run down, and WiFi worked only part of the time.
