There was a long line for breakfast, especially for waffles. It would be nice if they had two waffle makers, and if they could make eggs without cheese. The fresh cut fruits ran out too quickly.

Very nice hotel in a great area. New tv's that Iwas having trouble with theiwas able to connect my electronics. Hilton honors didn't show up in my network connections so I used the mobile Hotspot from my phone. The front desk was having internet trouble when checking out.

PROS Staff belong in a higher tier hotel. Helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean as well as the hallways and lobby. Great view of Atlanta from window. Farely good continental breakfast CONS outdoor pool isn’t open until next month, ice machines were only working on a few of the several floors. Would Recommend staying here

Our room was never cleaned, not even every other day like it said. I was there since Thursday and checked out on Sunday. Room was never cleaned, trash was not emptied. And no new towels. Had to get clean towels at front desk.

The hotel's cleanliness was commendable, with well-maintained rooms and public areas. However, the breakfast options were limited, and there was a need for improvement. There was only one waffle maker, which often led to long wait times, and the breakfast items needed restocking more frequently.Furthermore, during the weekend, one of the elevators was out of service, causing inconvenience and delays for guests trying to navigate the hotel. Additionally, there was a shortage of creamer, with only milk available as an alternative.Overall, while the hotel's cleanliness was satisfactory, the issues with breakfast options and elevator maintenance detracted from the overall experience.

This is a great hotel. My only complaint is that only one elevator worked at the time of our stay. It made it a little difficult to go back and forth to our room. Also, The breakfast was not the best and did not include many options.

We had a wonderful stay that started out a little rocky! I reached out to the property weeks before our stay to ensure we were able to have a crib/pack n play in the room at check in as we were traveling with an infant. The team confirmed and ensured us that we would have it in the room at checkin. When we arrived, there was no crib in the room and the front desk indicated there were none available and that we needed to check back the next day at 12. Thankfully we were able to get a crib the next day, but it was stressful to figure out safe sleeping arrangement on arrival night. The rest of the stay was nice! The parks nearby are great for families!

Everything thing was great from staff to property conditions. The only issues were there was no shampoo in the shower pump container and when I went to get a muffin at breakfast at 8:30 am the staff member in the breakfast area said they were out.

Water heater was evidently some distance away, took forever to get hot. Water faucet leaked constantly. Light over the mirror in bathroom was dim. Left over food on the floor. Bldg. was nice looking, staff was great, complementary coffee and food was very good.

The room had an overpowering odor of chemicals - either a cleaning or deodorizing product the caused my nose to run and my throat to burn. I had brought my own pillows and blanket, and when I got home, they had to be washed because they were infused with that odor. The breakfast was also sub-par, and the lady during checkout seemed to have an attitude with everyone, including me - even though I was polite and did not mention ANY of the complaints above. In fact, her attitude is what prompted this review, even more than the smell and awful breakfast.
