Hilton should be ashamed to have their brand associated with this property. It is so run-down, it should be closed down and renovated. The lobby floors and ceiling were filthy. The elevator was out of service. One of the two beds was not usable and the other was only slightly better. The water came out of the faucet brown and the wall paper and ceiling plaster were coming off. That being said, the front desk personnel were great and the room maid service had done the best they could. We always chose Hampton Inn when we travel, but no more.

I would like to start by saying that the customer service was not great. We arrived at 3 pm which was the check in time. The lady at the front desk told us that our room wasn't ready due to there not being enough linen. We waited 30 mins for our room to be ready and when we asked her if she had any updates on our room she nonchalantly shrugged her shoulders as if she didn't know. When we got to our room, there was hair in the shower and on the floor. The rooms are also a bit dated and could use some updates. The only good thing about this hotel was he easy/free parking and it's close to the main areas.

The bathroom floor is very sticky, tennis shoes make smacking sound on tile… not by elevator or front desk though. They gave me extra towels to walk on in bath. I was not on the back side of the hotel last time, airplanes land and take off constantly and very loud. Sort of unnerving. Feels like they may come through the window. Front desk lady very nice, I’m sorry I don’t know her name.

Misleading and overpriced
This hotel should offer a full refund. The pool was completely green and unusable. They include "airport" in their name, however they do NOT offer any transport to and from the airport. They have "surcharge for breakfast" so I didn't have breakfast any of the 3 mornings I was there - only to find out that breakfast was included. The advertising was misleading and the hotel was overpriced for the lack of amenities.

I am very sorry that we did nor exceed your expectations on your recent stay with us. I have reached out to Expedia about the breakfast notation on their website. The "airport" mention is because we are within 5 miles of the airport. At this time, we do not offer a shuttle to the airport. The pool did have a mechanical issue prior to your stay and I am happy to announce that the part finally arrived and the pool is again crystal clear.

Hamptons have always been a wonderful place to stay at. I was looking forward to being in the pool, and the water was totally green. I also thought that the quantity and variety for the breakfast bar was very slim. I actually asked if breakfast was over and the employees said no.

I never thought I'd be disappointed and grossed out a Hampton Inn but I was. Staff were all very nice. There was no paper towels for breakfast and I had to go to the bathroom for paper towels. I reserved a room with double beds both comforters were dirty. The carpet was dirty and the sofas chair were dirty. The bath tub was not clean. There is no longer airport shuttle service to the airport.

Unpleasant visit
Well. When I arrived front staff was argueing with family member. And when I got t My room I noticed the shades didn't go up and when I questioned it front staff told me they didn't go up and I had tonginf clips and don't Myself. She said seem to be bothered when I asked her. Very unpleasant Satff and stay. And I wasn't able to get any rest. Above me was very noisy. And the Day, of my check out House keeEnterd my room with my permission. I was to check our at 11 am they knocked and entered my room @9:32 am 😡

I was placed in handicap room and I don't have any physical limitations. I found it to be insulting to me and disabled individuals. My bathroom had paint peeling off the walls, bathtub chipped around the edges and the toilet had plumbing problems. I was unable to swim in the pool due to the green algae. I will be contacting Expedia for a refund of my money.

Most of the staff was very rude and unprofessional, except for Tracy, He was very polite and helpful. House keeper was cleaning the mext to mine, amd I ash 2 wash cloths in the rudest voice ever she said" I'm not tje one cleaning your room", I told her I didnt need any room service, just the 2 wash cloths, she rolled her eyes and said it again. The beds were not made up properly, the room was not vacuumed and the chair in corner of room was Very Nasty and worn. I wasn't put in my kink room, but rather a double, that was awful. Will NEVER stay here again.
