We never saw room service. They didn't clean our room. We checked in Sunday and left Wednesday so we should have seen our room cleaned at least once. On a positive note: The lobby and buffet staff were excellent.

I transferred my stay to a friend, it was fully paid for and I called previously to make sure everything was ok. When he went to check in, he was told it wasn't and the person checking him in said "the credit card on file is going to be charged one way or another tonight" which was an uncalled comment coming from a front desk check in clerk. My friend called me to let me know, I called both PayPal and Expedia and was told by both that the room had been completely paid for in February. Manager was called and quickly figured out the front desk clerk was wrong and commented that the front desk clerk was a new employee. The front desk clerk needs to be informed that I am a paying customer and making comments like she did is unprofessional.

The blinds in my room didn’t work. My daughter had to stand on the couch to pull the outside blind down and to put it back up. I stepped on carpet barefoot where it met the wood flooring and my foot got stabbed by metal sticking up in the frayed carpet. The carpet was frayed along the seam to the wood flooring and I didn’t notice before stepping on it. The faucet in the bathroom didn’t drain but maintenance did come up and fixed that right away. There was no working outlet in the bathroom so we had to get ready in the room with the blinds offering dim light or full exposure. Also, we didn’t know we were in a handicapped room and water came out from the shower all over the floor that created a mess. Had we known ahead of time, we could have tried to minimize the water coming out onto the floor where a drain was at. The maintenance guy was very nice but these were issues out of his control. I don’t feel like this room, a king suite, was adequate for guest the way it was during our stay.

This property has been under renovation. Our room was a renovated one but: first we did not request an accesible one and got a roll in / roll out shower which, in our case which we do not need one makes it un comfortable and ends up with a mess on the bathroom floor. The curtains did not work, the materials used in the renovation are cheap. Internet did not work because they were re wiring it, which is understandable but a heads up with an alternative would have been great. In a nut shell an OK place to spend a night if the price is cheap.

This place is not bad and it’s so close to the Mart… but the room was not that clean and the toilet was broken… it was just ok.

I had to be my own mechanic in the room, toilet didn’t work, shower flooded whole bathroom floor and all staff said was I’m sorry very unacceptable

This was the best customer service I've had at hotel in a very long time. Excellent customer service all around. Ms. Victoria(kitchen), Erin(Kitchen), Victor(front desk), and Kenya(front desk) was excellent. These group of individuals were professional and knowledgeable with everything I needed. Check in was at 3pm, we arrived at 6:00 and the room was not ready. Staff was rude. Fridge didn’t work. Staff blamed house keeping when we could not get towels the second day. Would not stay there again with all the other hotels near by!

Staff was super friendly but the hotel was not clean and loud. There were food crumbs in the hallway outside our room. The room itself was clean but the pillows provided were very small, more like the size of throw pillows. The hair dryer in the bathroom didn’t work and the shampoo in the shower was empty. The biggest issue is that air conditioning was very loud and sounded like a motor running. I had to use ear plugs to sleep.

Dirty room to wonderful’
First room hadn’t been cleaned but the gentleman at the front desk made it right and even upgraded our room because of the dirty room we first walked into. The same guy that checked us in was still working this morning at 8:30 still smiling!! We were blessed!
