The building is going through renovations. The bathroom tub does not let water drain. We were moved from 1 room to another and the new room also had the same tub water issue. It wasn’t even worth it to ask for another room and move all our stuff again. Won’t book again unless there’s just no other option..

This hotel was tucked away off the highway. The lobby greeted us with a burning fireplace and a very friendly Guest Service Agent, Cory from Chicago. The hotel was clean, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay there again the next time I'm visiting Georgia and I'm in the Lilburn area.

Corey at the front desk was amazing, very helpful , and friendly. Thank you Corey! The rooms could use some upgrades, needs more comfy beds. The towels were yellowed. Could use some new comforters. Carpet had an odor , along with the sheets. Breakfast was ok! I probably would not stay here again.

Front desk lady , Janet, told us we could'nt check in until 4:00, and if we checked in at 3:30,there would be a $50 fee. I showed up at 2:50, and said check in is at 3:00, she said she wasnt sure about the $50 dollars. Not a good look for the hotel. Won't be able to stay there any longer, only hotel that doesn't offer late check out.. front desk lady, Kia, was absolutely amazing and friendly with every guest, from which we witnessed. She made our stay,great!

It was convenient to the places that i scheduled to visit. It could have been a little brighter since surrounded by trees.But, the real issues of ants in the bathroom. A nice colony around the vent, shower and mirror. That has been around the hotel. If I had read the reviews about the bugs, I would nothave booked. I deserve a total not partial refund. I expressed right away and from laughter and tone i knew this was not the first time. After reading review, a guest in December and November experience the same experience. Hilton shoud be shame. Plus, no manager and barely knew the number to general manager. Suggestion have one on called for these emergency complaints to rectify sooner than later

Disappointing stay
I have stayed at Hampton Inns before and been satisfied. I was disappointed for two primary reasons. The breakfast that was advertised as starting at 7 am was not ready. The mass-produced scrambled egg dish looked odd and made me physically sick when I returned to my room. The second reason concerns housekeeping. A notice in the room said housekeeping would be provided every other day. I stayed five nights and did not receive housekeeping until the fourth day. When I questioned this, I was told that the housekeeping staff did not work at Christmas! Maybe not, but I believe I paid for a service that was promised but not delivered.
