Nice staff and good food on the hotel restaurant but expensive. Outdated rooms, nothing to do around the hotel, you need to walk 15min or more for restaurants and entertainment.

Stayed here with my 14 year old daughter, we had driven in for a show at a neaby theater. Room was okay upon check in, but the hall outside our room was overcome with a skunk stench of marajuana that night and though I notified the front desk they did not move us or offer any solution. It had seeped.into our room by morning resulting in nasty headaches, sore throats, and my daughter is still coughing 11 hours after check out. All our clothing carried the smell after leaving. I talked to the front desk 3 different times letting them know how bad it was and they just shrugged and told me they would have security keep an eye out...no solution to the stink or the discomfort.

Staff were amazing and checkin was easy. The only thing I didn’t like that the water didn’t get hot and I had to take cold shower.

I saw a cockroach in the carpeted area near the coffee shop at the lobby!!!!! The prices were not commensurate to the quality of the food in the coffee shop, add the selections were very limited. I felt very unsafe going out to dine out as there were a lot of homeless people loitering around.

This property is not to far from a lot of things. It was many things happening in the hotel the weekend we went, but it seemed organized so it wasn’t a problem. It wasn’t loud from the events which was a plus. The rooms weren’t as clean as I would like, but wasn’t a bad stay.

My refrigerator in my room didn’t work and it was dirty. My sheets had a hole. I took pictures of everything. One morning I woke up with a mess on the outside of my door that I personally asked to be clean. The morning I went downstairs to leave and where my car was parked right outside of the elevators, there was a broken window. Not sure if I will call that safe.

I was looking for a quick and close get away. The first night i chose not to let the chatter in the hallway bother me. The second night (around 5am), i was awaken by someone crying while talking on the phone. I decided to leave at that point. I could not take it anymore. I checked out at the front desk and went to the garage to get my car. Someone in a large black surbanan tried to follow me. I walked swiftly between cars as i searched for my car. I found it and drove off.

The hotel overall was very nice. They had a lot of things available in their store/café. I was very happy with the staff and their communication. I did come here from a completely different state, but I will say it was very crowded. I almost waited 20-30 minutes for an elevator just to get to my room. So I would keep that in mind when visiting during the busy weekends!

Lighting in the room is not good for applying makeup and/or taking pictures and the rooms do not have microwaves. You have to go downstairs to the coffee area to warm up your food. They also charge a $75 room service fee when you check in. If you don't order anything, they are supposed to refund that deposit to you. They have a restaurant/bar, but be sure to check the hours because we got back to the hotel after 12am and you could not order food, you could only get drinks.
