I recieved poor service. The front desk clerk was talking and moving so fast, i didnt understand what he was charging me for,so i checked out the room and when i i came into the room is smelled like someone had been smoking, i went back to the desk and the clerk was gone,no one came back for several mintes and when i asked to switch rooms ,bcuz i smell smoke,the man said i will be charged for smoke damage and immediately got upset ,called my bank and to cancel the transaction but it takes days to post them i have to dispute but i refuse to accept the smoking room,and i was charged for going and sleeping in my car when no manager came to fix my concern. Pls REFUND ME

TV was too dark to watch. Toilet was broken. No toilet paper holder. Lamp by bed did not work. Room was recently renovated and I think they put us in it before they finished.

When i arrived in Atlanta after midnight, I call the hotel front desk for a shuttle pickip. The employee tells me it stopped running at midnight and hangs up. Their sister hotel shuttle driver offers to take us...for a price that he pockets, which we gladly paid at 1am. We get there and same front desk employee says they have no rooms and we'll have to find another hotel! Could she have memtioned that on the phone earlier?! So then we ask if the sister hotel has rooms to which she says she didn't know and we'd have to call and ask them. Wouldn't you think she'd offer to call or already know since she just told us our confirmed reservation was invalid? Then she says we netter catch that shuttle driver again who has stuck around suspiciously outside. By now we're thinking they are scamming us and we decline, walk next door to a competitor and stay the night in a lovely room. Come on Hilton, i expect better from you! At least Expedia immediately refunded our payment when we called them.

The room did not have a trash can or remote for the TV. It was very late, and I was going to call the front desk to have those items brought up, but the phone in my room didn’t work either! And at that point, being late in the evening, I didn’t feel like walking back down to the front desk, just went to bed.
