Hotel staff was awesome!

During the recent ice and snow conditions January 6-8 in Atlanta this hotel staff went way beyond their job descriptions to help us with rental car after flight cancellation. A special thank you to desk clerk , Kate for her help!

Great stay. If we had to nitpick, we'd say the bed was a little firmer than we'd prefer.

Flight delayed

My flight was delayed and I needed a nice and safe hotel! Hilton Garden Inn was a great choice! The staff was very helpful and friendly.

This was my first time at this hotel. The staff at the front desk was very personable. The only negative comment I had was towards my last day at the hotel. Two members of the housekeeping staff were arguing in the hallway very close to my room. A member of management was there as I walked to get ice. Thought the arguing would stop but it continued, even with myself and a member of management in plain sight. Once I returned to my room, one of the housekeeping staff apologized for the outbursts. Later that afternoon I needed assistance and was rudely dismissed by the housekeeping staff who in the verbal altercation earlier that day. If that would not have happened, my stay would have been perfect.
