I arrived after a full day of travel and looking forward to room service, bath and bed. Reception told me the hotel was over sold and they would send me to another hotel - no extra cost to me, they would take care of that. I was told it was something that they had no control over!! THEY are the ones over booking the hotel. Very disrespectful of their customers. Hilton sent me to a MOTEL 6 - UNDER RENOVATION - to be soon a La Quinta Inn. No where near comparison to the Hilton. Totally unacceptable. Jackhammering and noise until close to midnight. No food onsite or even a coffee maker in the room. While Motel 6 staff were as accommodating as they could be it was night and day to a Hilton Hotel - and Hilton kept my payment! I will not be staying at the Hilton again.

Pros: Everything except you don't have free breakfast
Cons: consider having free basic breakfast eggs, bacon, and toast simple and freeat

awesome hotel just wish you would consider having free breakfast instead of charging all breakfast. At least eggs ,bacon or sausage, and toast should be free!

The pool and Jacuzzi were drained. The outside pool had a smelly dead bird beside it. The bed was very uncomfortable. I could have had the same experience at the Days Inn.

Arrived in evening just as restruant was closing, but staff was very accommodating. Room was clean and bed very comfy. Would stay on return trip, but they were booked.

This hotel overs good value for an airport hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable bedding. The airport shuttle runs every half hour but being picked up on request would be preferable particularly when arriving late at night after a long flight from Australia, Asia or even Europe. The restaurant offers a limited menu but the meals are fresh, tasty and reasonably priced, particularly breakfast. I have stayed at this hotel on 3 separate occasions.

One night stop to get to airport early for flight - room was good - bed was comfortable - OLD SLEEP NUMBER TYPE BED - hard to find entrance late at night as hotel is set back from road. Breakfast was expensive so try and get coupon for free if possible - everyone but us had one !!

Cons: The Sleep Number Beds need to be operable and a continental breakfast would be nice!
Friendly, clean, good location, great staff! Security is fantastic and lighted parking lots!
