When my flight was canceled, wanted someplace nearby with airport shuttle service and this fit the bill. Not a very safe neighborhood but I never left the hotel except on the shuttle so did not matter much. The burger at the hotel eatery was good and the room was comfortable.

The minute we got into the area - it was sketchy. We pulled through a drive through - and they all but refused to serve us. Gave us stale burgers and despite ordering 2 cokes, they "ran out" and we had to pick something else. Very odd for a fast food joint. Then we pull into the hotel and lady at the front desk is talking, on speaker, with a client who is asking some questions (on her cell phone, not the office line) and checks me in with almost zero communication, while she is still on the phone with that other person. She just asked me to stick my credit card into the machine and I had to ask " WHAT FOR AND HOW MUCH?". We get to the room, and it's clean enough but the bed skirt is not on correctly and almost all of it is tucked in between the box spring and the mattress - clearly someone didn't take pride in their work tending the room. There is also hair between the fitted sheet and the mattress that does not belong to me and finally, the sheets are ripped. Stayed there because it had decent reviews, price was right and location was perfect seeing as we were getting into Atlanta very late and checking out at 3am so proximity to airport was perfect. They should clean this place up both in front desk service and bedding.

We need an efficient unscheduled overnight (courtesy of Delta Air) and the shuttle service and drivers were outstanding and the hotel checkin people were friendly, helpful and fast. Compliments.

Bathroom toilet was visibly soiled. Design of room with tile flooring increased noisiness from adjoining room (until 3am!). Desk staff member was surly. Shuttle to airport was 15 minutes late.

Wasn't bad at all for its price, a bit sad the indoor hot tub wasn't working seeing as how that was one of my main reasons for selecting this hotel. But as for a place to sleep for the night to take your kid to the aquarium in the morning, 10/10.

A lot of issues for the price you pay. Hot tub not usable, peloton in fitness room not usable, breakfast expensive…. Would have stayed downtown closer to Benz stadium if I knew we didn’t have these accommodations. Was thankful shuttle to airport was free.

The room wasn't the cleanest, theyre was a papercup laying behind the curtain, the beds were hard, the tub/shower was slippery good thing theyre was a handrail inside. Not enough towels or wash cloths for 3 people. The greeter at the desk was very nice and considerate. I guess I expected more from a Hilton hotel.

Definitely staying here again!
Everything about my stay was awesome! From the customer service at the front desk to the room itself. I had a very nice meal in the on-site restaurant. And the shuttle service was absolutely the best.

The hotel does not provide storage for your luggage. Can you believe that in a so called airport hotel? Where people stop for lay overs and the only option is to have to haul all the luggage to your rooms with pathetic karts that don't move. Hilton we are talking here not Days inn.

The staff’s friendliness and helpfulness was 5 star at check in and the restaurant. The bed was great. The only thing we found lacking was attention to detail in the cleanliness and amenities in the bathroom. The room was a non smoking room, but it reeked of cigarette smoke. The front desk offered to move us to a different room but we had been traveling for 48 hours and were exhausted. We just wanted a shower and to go to bed. The shower gel dispenser and shampoo dispensers were empty, and the air filter vent in the ceiling was caked with dust.
