The minute we got into the area - it was sketchy. We pulled through a drive through - and they all but refused to serve us. Gave us stale burgers and despite ordering 2 cokes, they "ran out" and we had to pick something else. Very odd for a fast food joint.
Then we pull into the hotel and lady at the front desk is talking, on speaker, with a client who is asking some questions (on her cell phone, not the office line) and checks me in with almost zero communication, while she is still on the phone with that other person. She just asked me to stick my credit card into the machine and I had to ask " WHAT FOR AND HOW MUCH?".
We get to the room, and it's clean enough but the bed skirt is not on correctly and almost all of it is tucked in between the box spring and the mattress - clearly someone didn't take pride in their work tending the room. There is also hair between the fitted sheet and the mattress that does not belong to me and finally, the sheets are ripped.
Stayed there because it had decent reviews, price was right and location was perfect seeing as we were getting into Atlanta very late and checking out at 3am so proximity to airport was perfect. They should clean this place up both in front desk service and bedding.
