Our favorite hotel

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was great, room was clean, located near plenty of restaurants, free shuttle service.

Adequate hotel

Hotel was fine. Expedia said free breakfast, but they charge $12.95 for it. Some guests were given free bottle of water at check in...never asked if I wanted one. Shuttle was great...on time and quick.

Feel comfortable

Overall it is a good hotel near the airport. Room is big and clean. It is very convenient to travel back and forth to the airport with the hotel shuttle. The only thing I am not satisfied is that the breakfast is not free, but nobody told me until I went to the restaurant and had the food in my plate.

Best hotel ever!!!!

This was my third trip to Atlanta. While it was a little further from my destination, it was well worth it. Loved the rooms, the beds, and the shower was awesome! Breakfast was delicious too!!! I am sure to be back in 2017!!!

Nice hotel, comfy bed and pillows.

Pros: Nice location, kind of tucked away.
Location: There was a few restaurants near by, close to the highway.
Appreciate the upgrade the hotel gave us, a junior suite. Very much appreciate.

Disappointing

Cons: Please see info under experience.
1. No towels at the pool. Requested towels from the front desk - an hour later still no towels. 2. The shower was broken. 3. We left a wakeup call for 4:30 am. No one called us at all.

room reeked of cigarette smoke, was told that's what we get when we book 'third party', cleark at desk referred to my 60 y/o brother as 'dawg' x2

Your comments about the smoke smell in our rooms is a concern to us, I am extremely disappointed and would like to apologize for the inconvenience you had. We do provide designated smoking rooms for our guests that do not impact the interior of the hotel. Please accept my sincerest apologies for the trouble you encountered with our front desk associates as this is not acceptable by our standards.
