The desk staff were not friendly or helpful.

First of all. The hotel shuttle never showed up. Another hilton hotel shuttle near hotel dropped me off. Very nice of the man. Upon arrival not a friendly greeting. I had to initiate the greeting.

There's a charge!

It's a great hotel with great staff but they didn't tell us that our card would be charged $50 so be careful of that. It took a week to get put back on our card so we are lucky we didn't need it. No one told us about the hold on the card so we had no idea why we were getting charged!! The only other issue are the pillows. They aren't great, I've stayed at horrible cheap hotels with better pillows than this hotel! I just expect for the price to have pillows that don't hurt your neck. But that's the only issue, the hotel is wonderful.

Worth the Cost - Close to everything

Check in was pleasant. The hotel staff was very informative about restaurants in the area. The hotel is very close to the airport and also close to a lot of major retail stores. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I couldn't feel my spouse moving around next to me.

Our check-in was fabulous. Darlene at the front desk was very helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay a pleasant one.

little feel old

Pros: Kindness staff and good taste restaurants.
Total condition is good. i like this Hotel breakfast. But the hotel room is feld old. i feel littele bit expencive.

Convenient to airport

Pros: Staff. Being able to leave our vehicle for a few days while we visited family.
Cons: Bath tub surface.
Location: N/A
Staff VERY friendly, helpful, pleasant! However our bath tub surface was quite slick/slippery. I felt I needed to hold on to grab bar for support.
