No complaints.. Great hotel..great location.. very close to the Airport..Only about 20minutes from downtown Atlanta

Pros: I enjoyed the indoor and outdoor patio stay with my friends. We were able to meet other families that were in town for graduations. We ALL celebrate
Cons: I enjoyed myself. I wouldn't change a thing.
Location: Relax...Relax...Relax! Although it's close to the airport, the noise from the airplanes did not disturb our stay
Awesome Accommodations! The staff was great, the breakfast and made to order omelets were the BomB! I was in Atlanta with my best friend; her daughter graduated from Clark Atlanta, the hotel and the staff did a great job accommodating us and the family!

Great for airport access

Pros: The beds were comfortable and shower had great pressure
Cons: When checking in, the gentleman did his job and that was it. No smiles, no small talk (even after trying to engage). I would recommend new pillows
Location: airport very easily accessible
We had a late check in (12:30-1am) after driving 5 hours. The hotel was easy to find and super clean. We left at 7am to catch a flight, so we did not use any amenities. Beds and shower were great.

Ok hotel to stay overnight for early flight

Friendly hotel staff. no coffee at the lobby, it only had "hot water", but it was only lukewarm. Coffee machine in our room did not work either.

Convenient hotel, great staff

The staff at this facility goes above and beyond. Our stay was overnight, twice, in and out of Atlanta airport. After navigating that facility twice in 8 days, we were exhausted when we arrived at Hilton Garden Inn and staff could not have been nicer. Shuttle drivers, however, seemed bored with their job. One did not get out of vehicle at airport and left with no passengers while we waited on the sidewalk in designated Zone 1. We took the shuttle for Hampton Inn so we did not have to wait another half hour. That driver was energetic and helpful and said he'd drop us off at Hilton as it was a sister property.

The desk staff were not friendly or helpful.

First of all. The hotel shuttle never showed up. Another hilton hotel shuttle near hotel dropped me off. Very nice of the man. Upon arrival not a friendly greeting. I had to initiate the greeting.

Airport stop-over - nothing more

Pros: Front desk staff organised the hotel shuttle to drop me off and pick me up from a nearby restaurant so I wouldn't have to walk in the dark.
Cons: Service the heaters. Invest in new pillows. Sort out the hot water service.
Location: There are a few restaurants nearby - seems like it's about 20 minutes outside Atlanta proper. Not much around.
Staff were the highlight. Heater in the room made distracting humming/rattling noise as soon as it was switched on - asked a maintenance guy who came to replace my TV remote if it was okay and apparently it's "normal" and every heater in every room does the same thing. Pillows were sub-par. Took about five minutes to get hot water through the shower in the morning.
