Went for SEC Championship game - hotel was within walking distance. Had a great time. Room was decent place to stay - nothing fancy, but had tv, shower and beds.

전시회 때문에 전시장에 도보로 갈수 있어서 좋았고요 와이파이가 잘 되서 좋아요~^^

Room was dirty and had no garbage cans. Room key got stuck and took awhile to repair.

First of all the only reason I gave this place and my "overall stay" a 1 is because 0 was not an option. The room was like a closet, the breakfast wasnt fit for my dog much less a human, not to mention I was charged 2 times and basically called a liar when I brought it to their attention. Hotels.com did give us a 100.00 credit on our next stay, but the hotel was less than helpful or understanding of the situation. They automatically placed blame everywhere but where it was deserved nor did they try to comp us at all in any way. Like, lets say the 50.00 cost for valet. Which, by the way, down the street at the Hilton is 18.00. It was also funny everytime we came through the lobby there were other guests having issues with at the front as well. The only reason we stayed here is because we booked late and everything else was taken...go figure...big suprise there. Needless to say, we will not be staying ever again.

Springsteen Getaway

There were no windows and the room was quite small. It was difficult to get close enough to the mirror to put makeup on in the bathroom. It was very clean and quiet though. Close to the attractions. Did not have to drive anywhere but parking was expensive.

Great location

The room was small but very comfortable and clean. Wonderful staff but not really happy about the off-site parking at $25/night. I would still stay there in the future.

Convenience - Not Luxury

Cheersport Nationals at the GWCC. LOTS of CHEERLEADERS! An old building located in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. I valeted my vehicle, even though there was a parking garage across the street. Guest services were pleasant. Extremely small elevators & astonishing small double bedroom! A family of 4 would be cramped! Couldn't connect to free WiFi. The bathroom was outfitted for only 1 person. The shower head valve was broken so when you turned on the water, the shower would come on as well, even without pulling the shower knob. No toilet lid cover. Rusted metal trim outlined the interior bathroom door. Cable Tv, microwave, mini fridge were available in the room. We didn't eat breakfast, so can not comment on the food. The hotel was a convenience, not a luxury. My stay was pleasant, it served the purpose. We spent more time at the GWCC, than the hotel. The price of this hotel should not be compared to other Holiday Inns. You're paying for the name, events in the area, & specific weekend holidays, (Valentine's Day.) Upon departure, I mentioned my concerns to the front desk personnel which was jotted down on a sticky note. If I'm in the area again and no other hotels available, I will stay here just because it's convenient.
