After asking for new room due to room door across from elevator kept being bumped by luggage cart was placed in room next to 3 toddlers and ice machine across hall. Next day was toughest day I had at work in 10 years with the company. Then a 10 dollar fee shows up on my credit card the day after checking out. Two days now and told to just keep waiting. No mention of this fee checking in or out. I even stopped by the desk and asked that "Thats it, no surprises, right?" and told "thats it, you're good". Room, amenities, location, and room price over a hundred dollars kind of spoiled the trip.

Your feedback helps us to work to prevent situations like this from happening again in the future. It looks like the amount on your credit card was a authorization for incidentals. Depending on the practices of your bank, any amount that is not used at check-out is released back to your card between 2-10 business days. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may has caused.
