We stayed at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Atlanta Airport-North for two night when we traveled overseas. The hotel is conveniently located, staff is really nice, there were no hidden fees (unlike several other hotels we used in the same area), it was disabled friendly and safe. We will stay again.

Needs a major upgrades. Everything is old, bathroom is really old, tv unit is not functioned right, no usb plugs for charge to electronic devices.

The lobby is clean and updated. The room is good. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. Check-in was easy and front desk staff were polite and checked me in without any issues and with a smile. This is a great choice for a reasonably priced, average hotel that gets the job done and meets basic standards.

The heater in my room never worked, I asked twice in front desk to change my room or send maintenance to fix the heater and never provided a solution. They said someone was on the way, I stayed 4 nights and the whole nights I was freezing. Terrible experience.

Stayed at this hotel after an unexpected missed connecting flight at the Atlanta Airport. Transportation to and from the Airport was quick and convenient. The staff was friendly. The rooms where fine for an overnight. The hotel has dining options. Overall a great spot for a travel layover/unexpected overnight.

The property is old and run down, in desperate need of a major remodel. The man at the desk was super nice and very polite, but the check in line was long at midnight and everyone was tired. This is the most run down IHG property I've ever stayed at!

I read reviews before booking and I was a bit hesitant. But my stay was great, the bathroom and bedroom overall were spotless and the service from both the Front Desk agent and the Shuttle Driver were great. The only issue I had was dinning after 10pm, very limited in the area.

As an IHG member I was asked if I would like a late checkout of 3 pm. I find that as a big perk to choosing Holiday Inn. However the staff began banging in the door and threatening to charge another night at 12:30 and continued it even after I tried explaining that I had a 3 pm checkout. It didn’t seem to matter to them. So I left at 2 even after explaining to the front desk.

Best desk reception ever. Tough travel day, tons of plane cancellations meant tons of work for the staff and they handled it like consummate professionals. We’re very kind and understanding and they worked very quickly, considering how many of us were in line when we got off the shuttle 10 out of 10 would book again

This property is fine but the shuttle from the airport is a total pain. Calling ahead was required but when I was told the van would be there at 8:30 pm, the van had already gone. There are a number of Hilton vans picking people up but they would not deliver to a different property. We were finally picked up by an unrelated driver who took pity on us. It was freezing and we had already had a long day.
