I reserved a room, very nice, large bathroom art on the walls etc.
I didn’t get that room when I arrived, they said no more available even though I reserved it. Instead they said a larger bedroom, but didn’t say the bathroom is very small with a very heavy sliding door and all artwork removed from the walls.
Good thing I was only there for 2 nights. My brother and his wife got the nicer room, that’s how I determined the differences between rooms.
If I’m there a week, it would be unacceptable. Spent majority of time at sisters house for thanksgiving.
I won’t stay with them again
