A bath towel had makeup on it. The front desk personal were extremely helpful.

Excellent choice for airport

The hotel was very nice and comfortable, perfect for the airport, with a free shuttle.

Great hotel, forget the chain haotwls

Great place to stay, full comp breakfast from menu, not buffet junk, large spacious room, beautiful bathroom, forget the chain hotels this is a great place, near the airport, quiet, nice restaurant for dinner good food reasonable excellent friendly service

Can't figure out expedia

Hotel itself was great, rooms clean and staff personable. However, they cannot figure out how to bill you when booking with Expedia. Beside the customary CC hold for damage etc. I have been billed for the room 3 times of which 2 are pending, one fully posted and then one was reimbursed. I know I haven't lost money yet but the hassle of having to monitor this for the next few days is unacceptable.

Mostly fine.

It says on their website that you must contact them for airport shuttle information, but then they don't answer their emails. Website for the hotel itself is aweful (you can't find what you need at all--shuttle info, hotel restaurant menu, etc.). Hotel itself was fine. Close to the the airport and therefore useful for a quick trip in the morning.

Great place to stay

Staff was always pleasant & extremely helpful with any requests made. Lounge & restaurant were combined, always clean & comfortable, food was quick & good. Rooms were clean & spacious, with comfortable beds. Easy parking, well lit.

Nice Off Beaten Path

We stopped here for a night to take a break from home renovations. It's a relatively new hotel that's stylish and comfortable. The bartenders were nice but we did notice a couple get served dinner after we were told the kitchen was closed. That was a bummer. Overall, it was a good experience though the shower floor could use some bleach and one of the beds was squeaky.

Very close to the airport

Cons: Shuttle service - whoever answers the phone should be informed about the lack of airport shuttle.
Location: There is nothing to do without taking a taxi or other form of transportation.
The hotel is a few miles away from the airport so it was in a convenient location after a 10 hour flight. There was some confusion about the shuttle as the hotel shuttle is not currently allowed to pick up passengers at the airport at this time. I called to confirm the shuttle service before we left on our trip and was told it was available. We also called when we arrived and we were told that the shuttle only picked up from the domestic airport so we took the airport shuttle to that one. When we called again we were told that we would need to take a taxi and the hotel would reimburse us. It wasn't really necessary for us to have to lug our suitcases around as we could have taxied from the international airport. Once we finally got to the hotel, we were happy with the accommodations and the staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean and the bar/restaurant had a small menu but the food was good.
