Great hotel, great servicePosted Oct 4, 2015
Hotel was in walking distance from many places. Complimentary shuttle was helpful since it was a rainy weekend. Very cozy and clean room. Every single staff member was extremely welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Gated parking area ensured safety and security. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Best bang for your buck in Downtown/ MidtownPosted Sep 22, 2015
The Hyatt Place in Downtown ATL is an exceptional hotel, especially given its price in comparison with its competitors in the same area. Rooms are updated, clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast was good and there's parking onsite (for a nominal fee) Walking distance to basically everything in Downtown/Midtown and close to several Marta stops as well. What more vould you ask for?

Great price, great locationPosted Sep 17, 2015
Staff was very friendly. This is a smaller hotel where we felt like we received exceptional attention. Location is terrific in terms of being walking distance from many of the downtown attractions. Hotel shuttle was very convenient. Would definitely recommend staying here as opposed to a larger hotel.

Nice hotel near Peachtree CenterPosted Sep 3, 2015
Bathroom was very small is only complaint. Staff Rosie, LJ, and Brandon were very customer service oriented. Good choices available on the hot cold buffet. Location and the availability of shuttle was accommodating. Friday night was a longer than expected waiting for shuttle.

Right off PeachtreePosted Sep 1, 2015
Pros: The receptionist LJ was a blessing. She talked and interacted with all the customers. always nice when the first person you meet has a big smile.
Location: It was with in walking of a few restaurants and bars.
This hotel was in great condition and the staff was very pleasant. The elevators were small and you could tell they had some age on them. Our bathroom was clean but was very small. Parking was limited but they did have a locking garage underneath. All in all it was great, morning buffet was fresh and hot. I would stay again.

Excellent location, great room, helpfull staffPosted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: I liked the personal friendly service of the staff. Everywhere was clean and comfortable including elevators, walkways etc.
Location: Excellent location. Walked to all of the attractions, restaurants and theatre (at night) we wanted to visit.
First visit to Atlanta, short drive to the Hyatt Place Atlanta Downtown, very warm reception by the hostess at the front desk. The hotel is very clean and we were pleasantly surprised by the large comfortable room. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Location proved to be just right - walked to all the attractions day and night and felt safe doing so. This boutique hotel was recommended to us, and we will stay here again when we visit Atlanta.

Staff very friendly, and hotel was clean. Parking was a little tight but the overall experience was great.

LocationPosted Aug 3, 2015
The hotel is located downtown near all the major attractions but the daily parking of $22 was very expensive, the shuttle didn't run in a timely manner and there's no pool.

Best under US$300 hotel I stayed.Posted Aug 2, 2015
Pros: Cleanness, courteous staff, and cozy environment; free breakfast with hot food and variety of drinks and coffee.
Cons: Bathroom is small, but that's the design.
Location: Close to major attractions, but half of what you pay for the "high end" hotels across the street.
Close to major attractions, but half of what you pay for the "high end" hotels across the street. It doesn't have a pool, do you really need one? But it does have nice free breakfast with hot food.
