Close to fining, entertainment and downtown area

One of the better hotel experiences. Extremely clean and quiet- love ❤️ the Quiet Time sign on every floor reminding guests to respect other guests and stifle yourself during the hours of 10p to 7 am

Very comfortable hotel in the Duluth area

My wife and I stayed here in order to be close to the Infinite Center, and we would definitely stay again.

Great hotel in suburbs of Atlanta.

Pros: Everything !!
Location: Plenty of restaurants . Near Infinite energy Areana. We saw Paul McCartney.
New hotel. Breakfast was included in rate and could be ordered the previous evening. Lobby bar is open until 12 midnight. Very clean area off lobby with computer access. Five floors and an outside pool. Room sleeps 4-6 has refrigerator refrigerator and large TV.

Awesome hotel

My stay was amazing at this hotel. Everything I needed was provided to me and I didn't have any issues or concerns. The breakfast was a plus and I stayed for more then a week and will definitely return when I'm in Georgia.

Pros: One of the BEST hotel breakfasts I've had in my extensive travels.
Cons: Staff was attentive and responsive, but friendliness would have made an even stronger impression.
Location: Plenty of restaurants of varying menus and prices nearby.
This is my second time staying at this location. Would continue to come back, but my experience with staff this time wasn't quite as impressive as my last stay. Not bad, just not stellar as I have come to experience at this Hyatt Place.

For the second time I've stayed at this Hotel and the staff has been the best everytime... Renee at the front desk again has been very helpful with all my requests and I'm thrilled to say that I'll stay at this hotel again in the near future..

I booked 2 rooms at this hotel for our first family vacation and the service could have being extremely better than it was. There was no disclaimer that specified that the pool wouldn't be accessible until May and when I return from being gone all day my rooms weren't properly clean. The floor hadn't been vacuum, the shower wasn't clean, and both sink counters wasn't clean as well. The only reason I think my bed was change was due to me spilling red drink on it and it being noticeable if it wasn't replaced before I returned back to my room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

A Great Place to Spend the Night

Our one night stay was just what we needed. The hotel lobby and our room were clean and well-maintained. The staff members were friendly and efficient in checking in guests. I had not paid for a handicapped accessible room, but the lady who checked us in, gave us one. It was great! All in all, a great place to spend the night!

Better than expected; great location

Pros: Great room with lots of amenities.
Cons: Hotel staff need to always be present at front desk to not slow down check-out process.
Location: Location was great and walking trail behind hotel was a definite bonus. Lots of food and shopping nearby. Right off main thoroughfare (141).
I was planning on staying in a competitor's nearby hotel, that our company normally stays in, but it was booked. So I took a chance on the Hyatt and was very pleasantly surprised. The check-in process was smooth. The room was large and well-equipped and the hotel had a nice walking trail in back. The included breakfast was also better than most I've had. The only tiny ding against the experience was that there was no one at the front desk when I was ready to check out, so hotel cleaning staff had to find someone to assist. Other than that, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.
