Pros: One of the BEST hotel breakfasts I've had in my extensive travels.
Cons: Staff was attentive and responsive, but friendliness would have made an even stronger impression.
Location: Plenty of restaurants of varying menus and prices nearby.
This is my second time staying at this location. Would continue to come back, but my experience with staff this time wasn't quite as impressive as my last stay. Not bad, just not stellar as I have come to experience at this Hyatt Place.

For the second time I've stayed at this Hotel and the staff has been the best everytime... Renee at the front desk again has been very helpful with all my requests and I'm thrilled to say that I'll stay at this hotel again in the near future..

Better than expected; great location

Pros: Great room with lots of amenities.
Cons: Hotel staff need to always be present at front desk to not slow down check-out process.
Location: Location was great and walking trail behind hotel was a definite bonus. Lots of food and shopping nearby. Right off main thoroughfare (141).
I was planning on staying in a competitor's nearby hotel, that our company normally stays in, but it was booked. So I took a chance on the Hyatt and was very pleasantly surprised. The check-in process was smooth. The room was large and well-equipped and the hotel had a nice walking trail in back. The included breakfast was also better than most I've had. The only tiny ding against the experience was that there was no one at the front desk when I was ready to check out, so hotel cleaning staff had to find someone to assist. Other than that, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel not far from Georgia Mall

Pros: The atmosphere was so pleasant thanks to staffing!
Location: Great shopping centers and many restaurants.
My stay was awesome! Waking up every morning knowing that I could go to dining area and get a hot breakfast and meet new people from all over the world.

not sure if I could stay

The hotel was very nice, well appointed, our room was large and roomy, the hotel offered a lot of extras, the breakfast was very well done and had lots of choices. our reservation was not correct upon arrival at first the attendant could not find my reservation but then discovered it with 2018 as the year all other dates were correct, because I booked thru a 'third party this was not a simple correction, and the attendant was not happy, he did however assist me to contact the hotels.com rep they fixed the wrong year and charged me more $ and then everything was taken care of, there was a few moments that I did not think I would be able to stay there and since it is a large city, and this location was chosen for a specific reason it was later at night and dark outside I wanted to stay put. luckily it worked out. and the location was right where we needed to be.

A pleasant stay

My room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The bed was especially cozy. The bathroom is a bit small and my room had only shower, no bathtub. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel feels more like a Quality Inn or La Quinta. The internet in room 107 was a complete disaster.
