The main complaint would be the housekeeping, or lack thereof. (For my TWO rooms) Day 1: we left the hotel that morning - returned later that day, to find only one of the rooms had been cleaned and the other was not touched. I went to speak with the front desk attendant, she was very apologetic because she, herself, did not understand why one of the rooms was cleaned and the other one was not. She contacted a housekeeper, who brought me clean linen and towels, for ME to change vs. helping me do so, or doing her job, all together and then took none of the dirty linen / towels. Day 2, Day 3, and Day 4 - NO Housekeeping for room A and Day 1, Day 2, Day in 3, and Day 4 - NO Housekeeping for room B at all – the entire stay.
The night before checking out – the same night attendant was so embarrassed and shocked when we told her, yet again, the rooms had not been touched, the whole trip!
