Hyatt Atlanta Northwest

Pros: The staff were freindly and courteous overall.
Cons: Enforce handicap parking, Provide free coffee on the weekends. Improve the handicap accessbile bathroom to allow for someone using a cane or crutches
Location: We did take the shuttle within 5 miles to eat at a restaurant
Overall, we were disappointed in this Hyatt facility for the following reasones: 1) Handicap Parking was not enforced! My husband was on crutches and in a boot, there were many vehicles allowed to park in handicap stalls. We mentioned this to the staff and the comment was it happens, they dont want to upset the other guests. 2) Free Coffee-on the weekends it was $4.00 for a coffee, we have stayed at many other Hyatts and not expected to be charged for coffee. 3) Ants were in the bar area of the room coming out from the walls. 4) We were in a handicap accessible room-the bathroom floor flooded from overflow of the shower, my husband was at risk walking with crutches in this room We were able to get extra rubber mats and towels to compromise the situation. 5) We did find the staff friendly and courteous.

Hotel near where we needed to be

Hotel very nice inside and out. Cleaning under the couches needs to be addressed. Worst part of entire stay was the Hard, most uncomfortable beds I have ever layer on. Breakfast was nothing special. Not worth the 10 included with the room rate. Best think hotel was pretty and will be close to new Braves stadium. Invest in new beds.

Room clean and music

I have stayed at this location several times and our room always gets skipped on the cleaning service. Music played so loud in the hotels outside tent on Thursday and Friday you could not sleep. Hotel need to decide if they are a hotel or a dance place. Don't think I will be staying again.

Convenient, nice size rooms

Was there on vacation with the family. Nice hotel, good location, clean, comfortable, restaurant overpriced and was empty every day

Very nice place to stay

The room was great! I requested a business room king suite and it was roomy. We wanted to be out of the city and it was perfect to do so. Breakfast was included with the stay. I'll definitely recommend this hotel so a friend and we are most definitely coming back!

Pros: The cleanness, the employees respect and helping us.
Cons: Nothing
Location: We were there to vistie family in the area and it was close to them and easy to find.
Would recommend to all our friends as we were very please and very happy with our stay.
