Dirty, the carpet was stinky, sheets and towels were dirty. The size of the beds were full size, so is no 2 bed queen size as advised. Extremely small the bathroom. Breakfast last for 20 min…. Very basic, there’s no even yogurt. Atlanta city is beautiful however there’s homeless and drugs all around, very sad.

On the positive side: The property was conveniently located near the sites we were there to see. We were able to walk nearly everywhere. The staff was very friendly. On the negative side: The property is quite run down and there are several homeless people right outside the hotel.

My room was dirty and the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way. The elevator sounded like it was about to fall apart. The walls were so thin you could hear everything going on in the other rooms and hallway and the bedroom window was facing the hallway with basically see through curtains. I felt really unsafe in my room at night and anytime I had to leave the room. It smelled like weed in the patio area and some hallways. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and the TV didn't work. Housekeeping never came by either to take out the trash. If I had to choose between staying here again or not going on another trip I'd stay home. The only good thing about this hotel was the location.

The staff was fantastic. It was incredibly loud due to people racing each night which is unfortunately outside of anyone's control. The hotel parking made me feel a little safer because it is not accessible from the street.

I did not enjoy finding out that my room was not located on a closed floor but rather had a door to the outside, that should have been stated prior to me booking. Being a woman who as traveling alone I did not feel safe.

The hotel was very dirty and looked like it hasn't be cleaned very well. The bathrooms ventilators didn't work and when you took a hot shower, the bathroom was filled with fog. I couldn't breathe inside the bathroom with so much fog. When I came out of the shower, I felt so dizzy and wanted to vomit. The parking lot was way too small.

It was close the passport agency and staff was really nice, but I almost didn't sleep since my husband and I felt so unsafe. The staff was very nice and gave us a room inside that wasn't accessible from the street since we had a small child. I feel bad giving such poor rating since staff was so nice, but the hotel conditions and location is awful. I wanted to leave as soon as I pulled into the creepy parking garage.

Worst broom I’ve ever stayed in
This hotel was absolutely underwhelming the false advertisement the rooms look nothing like they advertise. I had stains on my sheets everything in there, looked like they got it from a thrift store roaches. None of the outlets worked except one. The phone had no plug-in, so in case of an emergency, I would’ve had to use my phone very unsafe environment, dirty very dirty and I am just so disappointed and they had the nerve to charge me a deposit so I hope and pray that they don’t try to charge me for all the damage that was already done. I moved out of the first room into another room that was even worse the water in the shower let it the floor, and there were roaches this hotel needs to be shut down immediately, this was one of the most terrible hotel room I’ve ever stayed in

The hotel was nice, the furniture was scrapped up, but otherwise okay. My complaint is that they withheld an additional $100.00 for commodities and its taking days for them to refund my account.

One thing I liked is the location and the parking wasn’t as expensive as other locations. The parking lot is slightly difficult to navigate for a bigger vehicle but is secured which was great to have.

Highly disappointed
Very loud music all night long, the bed was hard as a brick no rest at all paid $155 for the room and they charge you another $25 to park…it’s a ripoff and it’s an older run down hotel not that clean for the price
