Came in for an engineering conference. Did not rent a car decided to Uber around city. A few days after checking out was charged $195 for valet. When speaking to the lady she said she will look into it. Never had a car never had a guest with car. Please be careful when booking here.

The bed were horrible!!! Like sleep in a piece of wood! The staff were rude and disrespectful! I had to ask several times for towels and for them to unlock the fridge. I had to walk to the lobby to even ask for those items because absolutely no one answered the phone and when they did they hung up! Bathrooms were okay! For a 5 star hotel I was super surprised for the service and the room!

Never could get food reservations at the onky restaurant they had on site. Even though place was half full everytime we went. Staff had no care in the world. Bar was backed up constantly to even the bartenders were saying they neve get helped out. One guy paid cash and the bartender said he didn’t think he could get him change within 30 minutes. It was $100 bill. Loved area. Won’t stay here again

Everything about the hotel was phenomenal with the exception of the bartender that “took care” of me on Christmas Day at The Americano. The hotel offered a voucher which I went to go use. I’ve been bartending for close to nine years now and I was simply asking Trey the bartender questions to get a feel of what cocktail he could make since I understand that not every bar is fully stocked. I then proceeded to ask him questions about the menu, because I was curious to know what meats and cheeses were on the charcuterie board and he told me that I was being difficult. After he was annoyed with our interaction, he then proceeded to ignore me at the bar. I waited 32 minutes after asking him for my check before he actually got back to me. A woman even came in bought a cocktail and cashed out during those 32 minutes. I sat patiently, and in silence, observing him, and it took my guy friend to catch his attention and remind him about my check even then, when asked for the second time, he told us “one second.” Another thing I observed in those 32 minutes while waiting for my check was that the entire bar got a brand new round of drinks and he himself also had been drinking, ignoring his closing duties. He accidentally broke glass behind the bar and didn’t cater to cleaning it up. His bus tubs were overflowing. Anyways, I digress. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel however, if the Americano is an extension of the hotel. That bartender left a negative taste in my experience.

I love this property - I stay here all the time - it is beautiful and most of the staff is extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. However, on this trip, I had an awful experience. Main two issues: 1) the shower pressure was low. Not a huge deal but makes the shower less enjoyable. 2) On Sunday, I called Laundry and requested same day service because I am on a business trip and needed my blazers and a shirt cleaned for upcoming board meetings this week. I was told no problem, they will pick them up and handle right away. After returning to my room, i was surprised they weren't returned but assumed they would show up the next morning before I checked out. But the next morning I call and find out "we don't do laundry on Sunday" and -- even though I was checking out that morning -- my clothes had been shipped off. Obviously that doesn't work and was a mistake -- why ship my clothing out knowing I am checking out that same day????? The gentleman told me they can ship the clothes to me -- but I needed those clothes for my Board meetings this week so I'm stuck without suitable clothing. The gentleman was kind enough so I asked if they can retrieve the clothes sooner. Then a lady from the front desk calls me and in a condescending tone BLAMES ME for sending tthem clothes on a Sunday... this was VERY upsetting and when I said are you kidding me she hung up on me.

While we didn’t use the amenities to the fullest, the club lounge was definitely a nice bonus. Very clean, easy parking. For those with electric cars, the charging stations were never completely full.
