Nice surprise

Pros: The staff
Location: Restaurants in the area were good. There were at least 4 very acceptable eating locations within the block.
I was concerned that I would regret choosing this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. I had an issue with a toilet flushing when I checked it but it was quickly resolved. The breakfast is adequate and plentiful. I would stay here again.

Fantastic hotel, great value

This hotel is very conveniently located around many great restaurants, near the airport, and easy to get to. The place smelled great upon entering and very clean. The pictures provided are very accurate and it was a cozy stay. I've used Expedia for a while now and this is the first review I'm writing because I have to comment on how fantastic the staff was. Every staff member was very friendly. Bree was welcoming and gave us everything we needed when checking in. Veronica helped us when we checked out and my family ran into some complications. She was incredibly helpful, understanding, and accommodating. She gave my mother a rose for Mother's Day and completely made her day with the rough morning we had. I'm very thankful for her assistance and kindness.

Best LaQuinta

Pros: Carlton at the front desk was excellent and went FAR out of his way to help me in this issue. Also, the room was exemplary.
Cons: Expedia could make sure (SURE) the hotels reserved actually GET THE RESERVATION when it is made so customers aren't standing there at 10:30PM for 30m
Location: Malone's Bar and Grill next door is a good quick stop. Also, The Drip in Hapeville is wonderful for coffee in the morning.
Aside from EXPEDIA not having my reservation while I clearly had an itinerary number AND PHOTO of reservation which kept me at the checkin desk for 25 minutes (!), the STAFF was superb in helping resolve the situation, Expedia let me down big time.

Nice Clean Hotel, I recommend!!

Cons: The continental breakfast could use some improvement. The scrambled egg tasted like something else. The bacon and sausages were horrible.
Hotel was clean with plenty of parking. The staff members were very friendly. Mr. Yannick, the assistant Manager was just very helpful and goes out of his way to make you feel like you are the only customer they have. I highly recommend this hotel.

My daughter and grandchildren were stranded at ATL

When they got to the La Quinta .Inn and Suites they were treated liked they belonged, before they went there they had one heck of a day.

Pros: The cleanliness, and smell good
Location: Airport less than 10mins away, numerous places to eat
I would most definitely recommend this hotel.... I truly enjoyed my stay... the hotel had a pleasant smell when you entered... I need to know what air freshener it was lol... The breakfast was on point, different options everyday...

The hotel was clear but we did not care for the area. The best part was it was close to the airport. The staff was nice and the probable the best part of our stay.
