La Quinta is great access to airport. The accomodations were good, but is near a highway so lights and highway noise. Also, you have to pay for parking. What happened to the days when parking was included in your hotel fee?

When I walked up to the counter, there was a serious lack of friendliness. When I got my room, the sheets had not been changed on either bed. There was hair on the pillow cases and the sheets. There were also orange stains on one pillow case and a bed cover. Unsanitary and unfortunate. Don't stay here.

What I liked was the convenience of location to proximity of the airport and shuttle service. What I detested was the fact that there was a fee for parking for guest, and the hotel didn't have proper accommodations for visitors, NO FACE TOWELS!!! Come on...

We were greeted by a warm, smile from the gentleman at the front desk, just before midnight. He automatically extended our checkout til 1pm the next day. Our room, and beds were crispy clean, and we gotto sleep in with a 815 wakeup call, so we would not miss our free breakfast. Our server "D" from Jamaica also greetedus with a smile, made sure our table was clean, food was restocked, even at the end of morning rush, and just before 9am closing, she let us know so we could relax and eat after the doors closed in the free breakfast area. Probably the best La Quinta stay we have ever had.

We were put in the main floor because we were told it would be quiet. At 5am doors started slamming open and closed in the hallway. I understand people need to leave for flights but I have never heard it so loud and over and over again. It was as if our room backed into loading dock. I had already not slept and then the noise was next level. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels and expect people to be coming and going. Our check in experience was wonderful. When I went to check out, I mentioned it to the lady at the front desk and her response to me was “This is a hotel, people get up and leave for their flights”. I wasn’t looking for a comp, I simply wanted to share my experience and express my frustration to hopefully help the next guest. We had stayed at a LaQuinta in January in another state. Our experience with customer service was horrible then as well. We will most definitely be avoiding another stay at a LaQuinta. Please do better in training your staff in customer service.

I liked this hotel very much. I did have an issue when they opened our door at night because they assigned the same room to other people. Yet, problem was solved. Close to the airport and very clean.

My stay was pretty good. The only issue I had is when I checked in and went to my room, I checked the bed and it looked as if the bed was only made but the linens wasn’t changed. I notified staff and they quickly resolved the issue I had.

I had only one minor issue due to the fact that I didn't have my laptop, and needed a business center. I was told I could use the computer next to the front desk station. However, they refused to give me a chair to sit in.
