My stay was pretty good. The only issue I had is when I checked in and went to my room, I checked the bed and it looked as if the bed was only made but the linens wasn’t changed. I notified staff and they quickly resolved the issue I had.

I had only one minor issue due to the fact that I didn't have my laptop, and needed a business center. I was told I could use the computer next to the front desk station. However, they refused to give me a chair to sit in.

Room was nice and claen but overall property could use a fix-up. Elevator bounced at every stop. Parking was confusing. Park to check in near the office entrance because it's the only door you can get into without a room key before check-in. You're lucky if the front desk staff look up at you. Breakfast was good with hot options.

I’m used to UK airport hotels actually being attached the airport. It took ages to get here through shuttles but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. What I did not know was coming was a $100 deposit on my debit card. I was told that as I paid with Apple pay. It was returned very promptly but when I enquired when it would be returned, I was told 4-6 business weeks. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a very busy area and I could hear (when awake) traffic as I was at the front of the hotel. Check-in and out was efficient. The airport shuttle was easily recognisable at the airport, and going back to the airport, we were given very clear instructions re the terminals ATL airport as it’s big and easy to go to the wrong terminal.

30 to 40 minute wait time to check-in due to several staff behind the desk doing paper work instead of helping the one employee check-in by herself. She was excellent she never stopped being kind and professional spite the unnecessary clutter of people in the lobby.

The location was fine but when you get to the property, the parking is horrendous. We were given keycards to open the gate for parking & they did not work. We had to go back to the front desk multiple times to get the keycards reset just to have to park in the open lot. The lot is across the street from some prominent places so there was very much an urban presence surrounding the area. The room door was sticky & the hallway was kind of raunchy. Good AC tho.
