I’m used to UK airport hotels actually being attached the airport. It took ages to get here through shuttles but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.
What I did not know was coming was a $100 deposit on my debit card. I was told that as I paid with Apple pay. It was returned very promptly but when I enquired when it would be returned, I was told 4-6 business weeks.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a very busy area and I could hear (when awake) traffic as I was at the front of the hotel.
Check-in and out was efficient. The airport shuttle was easily recognisable at the airport, and going back to the airport, we were given very clear instructions re the terminals ATL airport as it’s big and easy to go to the wrong terminal.
