Perfect affordable stay

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. It was undergoing construction so they had a temporary lobby set up in the hallway downstairs. For being under construction, they were still very accommodating and had everything we needed. The rooms were surprisingly very nice!! Exceeded my expectations.

Our entire experience was less than great. It started with the realization that the hotel was under major construction. There was no notice of that on their website or on Expedia. And then the staff was very unhelpful and seemed often as if we were bothering them when we asked them for help on certain things. I would have thought that they would have then even more helpful than usual as every guest was dealing with all of the construction that was around.

Nice hotel

We have stayed at this hotel several times. They are in the process of upgrades. The room we had already was completed and was super nice and so clean.

Remodeled and nice

The room had been recently remodeled and everything was clean and new. Beds were very comfortable. The only reason I would not give the highest rating is that the walls were so thin I could hear everything going on in the hall and nearby rooms. I even heard someone's phone notification sounds. I heard toilets flushing and people talking in the middle of the night. With the recent upgrades, I would have hoped more insulation would have been added but apparently not. The hotel location is great - close to the mall and lots of restaurants. The staff was very nice and breakfast was good. Everything was great, but make sure to pack some earplugs.

Newly renovated rooms.

I booked a King suite. The rooms are newly renovated. The room looked much better than the last time I stayed here. The interior more looked like a Hilton or Marriott. The hotel staff is very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Worth staying and very comfortable. Accessible to restaurants and shopping mall.

Close to the Mall and Restaurants

The Hotel is currently under remodelation. Too noisy. Self parking is available. Have a great breakfast variety. Good enough for one day trip.

Purple haze

Very nice stay. They are renovating the property--unfortunately in purple. Not a favorite for me. Thankfully the purple wall was behind the bed. Hopefully they'll replace the elevator which is terribly slow. But these are minor irritants for me. As far as staff friendliness and courtesy, room cleanliness and comfort , they were first rate!

Would recommend to EVERYONE

I have never had a more pleasant experience than I did with this hotel. I can't find one negative to say. Beautiful updated room, hot breakfast with a lot of variety, clean lobby, excellent front desk (thank you For all you help), quiet location, clean parking lot.
