Nice hotel close to hospital, variety of food.

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Just don't change anything.
Location: It's near hospitals, malls, a grocery store, gas stations, and it is conveniently located near major highways.
Check-in/Check-out was a breeze. Staff are so nice, welcoming, and accommodating. The room was excellent: clean, the linens seemed new, the carpet seemed new, and the bathroom was immaculate. Having a microwave and a refrigerate was very handy. I really appreciated the extra height toilet. I missed the free breakfasts but that was OK. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Comfortable Lodging

Pros: Location, quiet during our visit.
Cons: Carpet in Room 511 either needs a deep cleaning, or replacement. The doors to the bathroom need attention (warped and paint peeling).
Location: Excellent location, restaurants and shopping nearby.
Excellent customer service exhibited by entire hotel staff. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Convenient parking.

God hotel under construction with out being told.

Not hot water

Hotel ok, dog friendly and front desk staff helpful. Housekeeping staff mean.....not approachable

Suits our needs

The hotel is a little run down and they are starting some renovation work (mattresses in parking lot, etc.) but it was centrally located for our needs. We know what we are getting when we stay there.

Pet friendly hotel close to downtown

Hotel could've been cleaner in common areas and elevators, staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay again

Nice hotel in a great location.

Pros: Location Modern Price
Cons: Locks Outdoor space Parking
Location: Train station nearby Shopping Close to interstates Food
Very convenient hotel... Hotel was fully booked and was under construction during our stay. Outdoor locks were malfunctioning so was a bit inconvenient in the rain but overall was a nice experience. Rooms are pretty modern and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Overall a 4/5 star rating especially for the price.
