The tv in our room did not work. The front desk said that maintenance had gone home for the day and there was nothing she could do except give us a number to call. She would not allow us to check into another room. After spending an hour on the phone with Dish Network, we were still unable to get it to work. The room was clean; however, the elevator wreaked of urine.

I informed the desk person at 8:45am that the toilet pull chain was broken and we we couldn’t flush. We returned that night around 9:45 pm and the toilet had not been repaired. It is my hope that I will receive a partial refund.
