There were brown spots/splashes on and in the tube that wasn’t rust. The mirrors in the rooms all had water spot on them. The room had a wet carpet smell and was loud. The staff was AMAZING. The rooms are not as clean as they should be.

Check in was fast and efficient. Rooms were larger and more open space than the pictures show which was perfect for my partner and I. Complimentary breakfast is the same as any other but were very quick to tend to emptier stations. Had a fantastic stay.

I like that it was clean and quiet. One thing you muta know whem booking with them- they don't do housekeeping until the 4th day of staying- so if you need additional towels and sheets you have to go to the front desk to grab them yourself. There was this lady at the front desk with a horrible-terrible attitude. She was not accommodating at all when we asked for more towels and room service. She proceeded to ask us if we make our bed everyday at home. Additionally, i booked a room with TWO queen size beds- when I got there they gave me a KING size bed and didn't I insist on getting it changed but i would have had to wait for another night. Overall the place is good but the staff and their attitude made it a very bad experience.
