Enjoyed hotel and staff was very friendly. High end prices for the premium room, was a little on the cramped size. If you have a little one with you, I recommend a suite

Loved Loews Hotel, Customer Service excellent. Bathrooms are nice & king bedroom very spacious. I would recommend this hotel.

Pros: The rooms are very spacious

Location: Plenty of great dining and shopping.
This hotel was very nice, better than I expected. Close to shopping and entertainment.

Loved my stay...

Loved my stay from check in to check out. Superb customer service, attention to detail, clean and attractive decor. I did not have a chance to use the spa and fitness center because of an injured knee. I'd recommend it to the most discerning customers.

Nice Hotel, quick ride to Americasmart

Clean, relatively quiet, nice amenities, friendly staff...a couple of miles from Americasmart with plenty of cab availability...I'd definitely stay here again

Beautiful hotel

Pros: Friendly staff; beautiful hotel and rooms
The hotel is beautiful and grand, and my room was wonderful. I had a corner suite on the 25th floor, which spectacular views. The midtown location is wonderful with many restaurants nearby and a large park within easy walking distance. The area is very accommodating for travel with a dog too. The hotel staff were all friendly, and I was impressed by how well they remembered guests and their preferences. Food was excellent too.

Excellent in every way

My wife and I stayed there with our best friends for New Year's Eve. The hotel was packed. The staff was incredibly professional. The room was very nice, especially the bathroom. The location was exellent we walked to dinner and to symphony hall. When we checked out there was complimentary coffee and pastries. Great job! Exellent in every way!

For the price, this is an exceptional hotel. I checked in at approximately 5am after calling ahead to ensure that my room would still be available. I was informed that I had reserved two bookings; however, that was promptly cleared by the front desk personnel. The room was clean and spacious; the decor was modern and the bath includes both a soaking tub and standing shower, with a tv in the wall. One snafu occurred with housekeeping. Usually I will inform housekeeping that I would like to have my room serviced if I leave after noon. Because I left the room earlier, this time I did not. To my disappointment upon returning after 7pm, the room was just as I had left it. I did call housekeeping for clean towels, but my linens were not changed for the day nor was the room tidied up. I was so exhausted that I did not make a fuss. The room was equipped with a minibar that had an assortment of drinks and goodies. I ordered room service (breakfast) the following morning and it was prompt and quite delish---cheese grits. I would recommend this hotel and would happily book again in the future. I did not get to indulge in the onsite spa services, but this seems to be the perfect getaway for couples or an all girl trip.
