The staff at the Lowes Atlanta was simply amazing. They were so so helpful during our entire stay. When we checked out, we accidentally left one of our bags in the lobby and the security staff found that bag and shipped it FedX to us the next day to arrive at our next destination. We were so very grateful.

The staff here makes the hotel-everyone was friendly but professional from the front desk, to the woman in the gift shop who served Starbucks each morning, to the housekeeper that immediately corrected a small issue in the room and apologized profusely . Would definitely book there again.

One night stay with 2 pets

What a lovely hotel! Walkable to some great restaurants, a little bit of nightlife in the area, and the nicest hotel breakfast buffet I have ever seen. Additionally out of all the places we stayed on our 3000 mile road trip, this was THE most pet friendly! Staff were just lovely, rooms were great. Can't say enough good things about this stylish hotel.

Our room was late due to a previous guest checking out late. Hotel comped everything i.e. parking, premium Internet and free dinner in their restaurant for the family. The true measure of customer service is not having to figure out what to do fix an issue, but them taking care of everything without a guest having to ask or even feel the effects of it. We loved our stay!

Lovely Staff/Gorgeous View

Concierge took care of my surprise for my husband for his 33rd birthday before we arrived with macaroons and champagne! The staff is incredibly personable and the hotel is gorgeous! My only complaint is they didn't have a pool. Outside of that I was very pleased!

Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. Close to Atlanta Aquarium and the Coca Cola museum. Great!

Probably would not stay there again

Pros: The idea of staying at it before we arrived. Also the little restaurant attached to the same building, not related to the hotel, was great.
Cons: Many things. Staff needs attitude adjustments and someone who can handle housekeeping needs at all hours. Parking should be revisited too.
Location: Location is fine; restaurants and shops all around.
We were disappointed by our stay at this hotel. Being a 4 1/2 star hotel, I expect a better than what we received. Parking is atrocious. They have one small area of the parking garage dedicated to hotel guests (which must be "registered" according to the sign) which are a really tight squeeze, even for a compact car. It's not clear whether you can park in the visitor parking spaces (which have a 3-hour max time). So during the time you initially arrive, you're not sure where to park just to check in. When you finally check-in, you best hope they provide you with a card so you can exit. Otherwise, you stand the possibility of arguing with a non-hotel staff parking lot attendant who was completely rude. The room was small and on a corner such that everyone on one side of the building could see into your room unless you close the curtains. Perhaps that's reserved for Expedia guests. There was what appeared to be red stain on one of the pillows and when asked to have the sheets changed, we were told all housekeepers went home for the day, but they can do turn-down service. We also asked for clean towels, etc. What we got was the pillow turned around and the towels we previously used re-folded. There was maybe one person who worked there who was nice. When my wife called one evening to request clean sheets, it was as if she was asking for something beyond their control and the woman gave her an attitude. If you're going to stay at a hotel in ATL, don't make it this one.
