There was a piece of chewed gum on the nightstand when we checked in, it was white on a black surface so it should have been pretty obvious.

If you read the reviews for the other hotels in the area, this one is a better choice. No roaches or bed bugs however the property and furniture in the room was run down and dirty. Some of the appliances have missing pieces, the light switches were dirty. I needed to check in early at noon and they charged me $30 even though the room was ready. On the weekends they have security and it can get noisy if your room is not on the end of the hallways. There are A lot of dining options around though. The hallways smell like pot, and on the weekend (Saturday evening) this place was packed of one nighters and the thin walls made for an extra noisy night. Considering the area though, this seemed like the better of the options and if i have to come back to this particular area I'd probably stay here again.

Property is average, just time to update a few things in the rooms, but I felt safe and got a decent nights sleep. Breakfast was Continental style. The evening front desk worker Kelvin had sooo many responsibilities, but was still friendly and tried to hold it together as best he could.

Front desk staff was HORRIBLE. Calvin is a first class jerk. The lady who manages the hotel was rude as well. It is a family owned/operated hotel. Many things do not work as they should. No breakfast at continental breakfast. No Coffee cold water for tea. Televisions in rooms do not work. Walls are paper thin. You can hear conversation in next door room. Too many college kids. Smell of weed EVERYWHERE. Stay Away!!!!!

The staff were great, very nice. I feel the hallway rugs need updating. Close to places to eat, gas, cross the overpass and there's a Walmart. I did enjoy visit.

We started out with a TV remote that wouldn’t work. We called the desk and the girl came in, played with the remote, couldn’t get it working & left. The next day we called again and a guy came and changed the batteries cause they were shot. My wife wanted to take a bath until realizing there was no plug for the tub. The same guy found us a plug the next day. We arrived on a Thursday evening. They did not clean the room on Friday so we told the front desk. Saturday the room was still not cleaned or towels replaced. We told the front desk again and they finally took care of everything on Sunday. The breakfast was just sad. One morning no coffee cups, the next day cups without coffee. The last day they had coffee & cups but ran up of milk.

I’m only giving three stars because the room was clean and housekeeping was amazing. The man that checked us in was beyond rude. Me and my husband have worked in hospitality for years now and I was absolutely amazed at the poor customer service and blatant attitude. The breakfast was okay. Entire hotel smells like cigarettes. Overall I won’t be back, especially if that manager works there but a clean hotel for the price.
