Service here was extremely slow, I stood in line for about 30-45 minutes just to check in. Once in the room, there was trash everywhere & the bed had yet to be made. Keep in mind when we arrived it was around 9pm. There were no more king bed rooms available, but we were given a clean 2 Queen bed room. Another thing to note is there wasn’t a microwave in the rooms, so in order to heat your food you had to go downstairs to the front lobby.

Where do I start? This was a disgusting hotel!! There was mold all in the tub, the toilet seat was broken and it had a horrible smell. There was not even a pool but it was advertised that there was. Now for the breakfast, they had no milk for the cereal, and the only juice they had was orange juice to drink. The kitchen was dirty, smelled and was hot. They also tried to charge me another night under a different persons name with my debit card. They also have no manager on duty… or at least that’s what they said. So, I was given a number to reach the manager. It was chaos checking in and getting that other mess straightened out. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!

We had only been in our room for 15 minutes before we saw cockroaches running around on the floor. Staff gave us a very hard time about wanting our money back even though we left the room immediately.

Online the place looks really nice. Once arriving I realized it wasn’t. The room was absolutely disgusting and there wasn’t a continental breakfast which was supposed to be included. My fiancé wouldn’t even let me go out of the room by myself. Very disappointed!!! Will never stay here again, for sure!

Oleder property that has benn freshened up to appear newer but still shows signs of the wear and tear. It was clean and staff was nice. It is in a commercial area but never felt unsafe. Parking lot lights were the only safety issue as they were not on in the early morning hours. My stay was 4 nights and every moring that I left before sunrise the lights were off and the lot was dark.
