So nice people in staff, but has never been cleaned behind bed, so gross. There was a terrible smell in the room and had to walk to gas station past the crack dealers. Shuttle driver was very friendly. Could be a good place is cleanliness was a priority.

My credit card was debited on 20th March when I checked in. I checked in late. The money was supposed to be refunded but instead I have been debited (50$) again. The front desk staff insists my money has been returned but my bank says otherwise. The staff were polite. I have been told they will relay the information to the manager but I would have to call back on Thursday

Had a guy overdosed or unconscious in the hallway outside my room that I had to step over to get to shuttle at 6 am. Couple arguing at 2-3 am. Gunshots at 11pm after check in at 8 pm. The only positives were that check in and check out were easy.

Overall it’s an okay place. I still do not understand why housekeeping in rooms are compulsory even if you opt for them not to clean your room. I think it’s an invasion of privacy. Whiles they have it written in the rooms that housekeeping is every three days and frequently if you request for it.

The room was clean & comfortable. But if you're looking for a decent breakfast you'd be disappointed. Only a few pieces of cutlery out. The mini muffins were stale, there was no bread, just a few bagels, and only Trix yogurt. Not what we've experienced at other Quality Inns.

They have this sign up in the breakfast area stating not to leave the area with food. However you have refrigerator and microwave in the rooms where you are able to eat all day in the rooms so why is a paying customer not allowed to leave the area. It’s only seems like the guy that very old ( housekeeper)that looks mean all day everyday has a problem with it. When the only thing they offer for breakfast is a waffle n yogurt n danishes. So why is this not allowed to be brought to your room.

This property is in decent shape considering it is an older building. The rooms were clean and the bathroom updated. The common areas were worn, but clean. The only thing not as expected was the breakfast. The waffle mix was thick and would not fill the cup, the bagels were stale, they had boiled eggs and 3 packs of grits. There was fruit... 2 oranges and one apple. Calling it a sparse selection would be generous.

I really enjoyed my stay; it was a last-minute booking due to missing my flight. But it was affordable, and the facilities were nice. Nice room and anything I needed assistance with they were able to help me. Even providing me with a late checkout. Very nice staff, friending, knowledgeable, and very helpful 10/10

Rooms were clean and stocked nicely. Hotel was clean and felt safe and secure. Older property in Atlanta, but still felt good for an overnite stay with my family. Had a little issue at check in where rooms were not available due to other not checking out on the day they were supposed to. But after some discussions with the gentlemen at front desk, he was able to find a room and make sure it was ready for us within 5 mins.
