The Renaissance is a nice hotel but nothing special or remarkable about it in any way. There is no “charm” and it was essentially a generic room where we slept. Room was clean, spacious and well located.

Great stay! Dog friendly, we had 2 large dogs with us. Perfect stay! Room was amazing. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

I only stayed here because it was a conference hotel, and for being such an expensive hotel, I wasn't terribly impressed. Overall, it was fine, but not worth the money. Felt more like a holiday inn than the fancy hotel it's supposed to be. There were cheerios under the bed and a questionable substance on the bed skirt. They promptly cleaned it up when I asked, but I don't think a hotel at this level should've been dirty in the first place. Everything in the room also felt a bit dated. Staff were very nice, so that's a positive. But otherwise, I can only assume it's so highly rated for the bar and location. There just wasn't anything special about it.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It was clean, easy check in. I just don’t like that they went to valet parking. The first time I stayed there I was able to park my car in the parking deck but they changed it. Other than that, great place to stay.

Make up mirror needs to be adjustable, better lit and in a better location. Opaque window in bathroom is not ideal when bathroom light is on and someone else is sleeping. Need night light. Other than the above, hotel is great and I would stay there again.

Was in town for a wedding. This was not far from the venue. Really enjoyed our stay. Nice on-site restaurant with bar as well as rooftop dining. Staff were all great.
