This propert changed from past stays. Rooms lack lots of items used to be available like toiletries, full room service not saved in plastic to go containers and have to eat a steak using a plastic knife snd fork. Covid time is over snd they still serve like it’s still exist. Other hotels offer much more for same or less cost. Not sure if I would stay there again.

The property is nice however, they need more staff! Every time I called and asked for something that should’ve been easily delivered, I was told I could pick it up because they were the only person at the desk!

Let me start by saying the staff was great. All these extra charges and fees are getting ridiculous. I was charged five dollars for using a Mastercard. Parking is $35 dollars a day to park yourself and then there was a wait to get out of the parking lot because the barcode they give you doesn’t work. They asked to pay a fee to get out of the parking lot.

Our check in experience was an absolute nightmare. Email confirmation said we could not check in until 4pm. We arrived at 3:30pm to a line that you could not even see the end of. It took almost 2 hours to check in and we did not get into our room until after 5pm. Making us late for a concert we paid a lot of money for. We missed an entire opening act that was one of the main reasons for attending. There was nothing offered to make it better. Checking in earlier wouldn't help, because others in line tried that, were told their room wasn't ready, and told to get back in line. The same was happening with those offered mobile check in. Parking was also a disaster. We were told to just drive from parking lot to parking lot until we found a spot. It would have been easier to have the people standing around outside closing parking lots as they were full. A complete disaster and I am not one leave bad reviews.

Stayed for a concert. The only complaint is the parking situation. Had to exit the parking area twice as they had blocked off aisles so you couldn’t drive down them. In order to get a space you had to go the wrong way down an aisle and back in. There just wasn’t enough parking and there was no valet service.

Check in with Harrison was fantastic. The hotel is great with the exception of a lack of bellmen and/or carts. I only saw two during my entire stay. Also would be great to have Valet service available.
