Such a charming stay. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Their valet service is very fast and efficient and loved how it was only a 15 walk to Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

We stayed for 3 nights, including a toddler, in 2 suites, in May. Pros: -Location: 1 block away from Marta train (to/from Airport). 8 min walk to Olympic Park and 10 min walk to Aquarium. -Complimentary hot breakfast -Beds are comfortable (softness to my liking) Cons: -Area is shady, lots of homeless people and reeks of urine. We felt unsafe walking around after dark. -Almost ALL restaurants in the radius closes at 5pm, very hard to find dining during lunch and/or dinner. We ended up had to Grubhub to the hotel. -Service: Both of our rooms were missing essential items: only 2 bath towels, body wash & conditioner bottles were empty, only 1 coffee cups, & no plastic cups for brushing teeth. No room services and/or pick up trash. -Bathtub: gets very very very slippery after putting on soap. My 3 year old toddler fell in the tub, and I almost fell too but grab on to the curtain. Overall, the stay was ok but I probably wouldn't return again.

Place was good for a property downtown and outside the main hotel district. Somewhat hard to navigate to at first, but that’s just because that particular area is a bit confusing. I also love that a historical building was repurposed, and that some of its historical features were still there. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

William, the front desk agent was really nice. Jill did her best to accommodate me with all the issues I encountered with from the time I got there. Food was ok. Hotel is supposedly renovated but not fully therefore the room I had was horrible. They service your room every 3 days which I find ridiculous. Covid is over so I’m not sure why they are not providing cleaning service daily. They had no lotion in the bathroom and apparently it is per request which was so odd. Microwave was filthy. The carpet in the hallway by my room was dirty and I had to have housekeeping come vacuum it. It was just a mess. Like I said , Jill the manager did her best to fix the issues but I was really over it. Area is great because you can find everything there. That’s all. I didn’t enjoy the hotel. Came to handle business and I did just that. Will most certainly never stay there anymore.
