nice hotel in the heart of city

Cons: none
Location: close proximity to lenox mall,downtown etc
it was good experience to stay here.With close proximity to city downtown area and well maintained hotel.Breakfast menu was really good and staff were helpful

Good hotel with all basic amenities. Stayed at a king suite which had a full kitchen.

Great hotel, but unless you need that area, skip

The hotel was nice, grounds were good, but it was extremely busy and there wasn't enough seating for everyone for breakfast. The hotel is really spread out, and it was kind of a pain to park, shlep everything all over the hotel, and then get back to the parking garage.

Weekend stay

I arrived Friday night for a weekend stay. Check-in was prompt and the desk clerk was friendly. Upon arriving at my room, my room key would not open the door. I returned to the front desk and was told that the strong thunderstorm that was in the area a few hours before had caused temporary power outages which sometimes affected the room keys and locks. The desk alerted maintenance and the maintenance person was at the room when I returned and he made the necessary adjustment for the keys to work. My only complaint is that I booked through hotels.com and I have been charged by hotels.com and by Residence Inn for the stay. I am still trying to resolve the double billing.

Very nice and clean.

Pros: Location, location, location!
Cons: New luggage carts!
Location: Lenox Mall, several restaurants; I like the laid -back local.
Our get away weekend was absolutely wonderful, concerning our stay; we normally stay at Residence Inns, and this stay was exceptional as always. One flaw, get some new luggage carts, man they will squeak you to death (smile). We had a ball, I invite others to visit this location.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and had a great stay. The breakfast I lived because of the fresh fruit. My husband had a hard time because the hot breakfast could use se improvement.
