Visiting Atlanta for Office Project Work

Great value for small families.

Pros: Great value for the size of room and amenities.
Cons: The hallways looked a bit worn out, but the rooms looked fresh and clean.
We stayed in a queen suite with a full kitchen and pull out couch. There was a fireplace in the room, which would make this a nice room for a couple's getaway. For a family with 2 adults and 2 small children, there was plenty of space and the kitchen allows for families to eat in, rather than eating out all the time. The price was great for all the amenities. The location was in a safe, quiet neighborhood with plenty of places to eat and shop within a 5 minute drive. This is not close to downtown Atlanta, so if you don't have transportation you're kind of stuck.

Was there for a Basketball Tournament. Wished Hotel was a little closer to the Gyms but overall our stay was great

Disappointed

they downgraded our room to a double from a queen without telling us. This did not work for us. I ended up on the couch with my 7 year old. The sheets were stained and fire alarm was missing. We showed up for breakfast 30 minutes before close. Most the hot food was gone and they refused to make more. Not what I expected from a Marriott hotel.

We stayed here with two small children. It was clean and comfortable and safe. The breakfast had a lot of options and was well organized. Our room suite had a door between the pullout couch and the actually bedroom which was really nice for privacy. The kitchen was helpful for cleaning out bottles and storing food for the road. We played outside on the basketball court and swing before we hit the road. Just wish the pool was open when we where there.
