From the first day of our stay we had to have the maintenance people come everyday. First the remote didnt work, the next day the microwave and work then the following day the toilet wouldnt flush. Water dont get very hot and is $12 a day for parking

The pullout sofa mattress was dirty but the staff was very helpful in supplying extra bed sheets and suggesting to move us the next day to another room. The breakfast was very good.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We booked a 2 bedroom suite for 6 people well in advance only to get an email an hour before we checked in to say they changed our reservation to a one bedroom suite for 1 person. When we contacted the property to see what was going on, I was left on hold and hung up on several times. When I finally got to talk to someone, the front desk staff said they tried to call me earlier in the day to say they didnt have any 2 bedrooms available. I never received one phone call from them. While in the lobby, we talked to 4 other people that had to deal with the exact same issue. We will not be returning.

I have no complaints except that our door was EXTREMELY squeaky and unfortunately scared our cat every time it was open or shut. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Great area right near Koreatown.

When I arrived, I was directed to the wrong building. Then when I went to the correct building, my appeared to have been used. The bed had imprints on it and a hand towel was on the counter in the bathroom along with an open bar of soap and its wrapper. I was given another room and the desk clerk brought me the key. Breakfast was late one morning, and another morning it took 40 minutes to replenish one of the items. Overall, it wasn't great, but the room was good enough.

Great Hotel for the price
The hotel is clean, just a bit run down. The toilet did not flush properly. I had to hold the handle. The hair dryer did not work. The carpets are old and dusty. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I did not eat Breakfast every day, however, when I did eat there was a full breakfast available. I like Marriott, however, this bed was not as comfortable as most of the Marriott Hotels that I have stayed at.

I usually love Residence Inns but this was out dated and the AC was out and people were smoking in the rooms and it was coming through the vents. Our room smelled like smoke continuously. Breakfast was just ok too

I called to double check on my reservation when I was 2 hours away from the Residence Inn. I was told by a staff person that they had "been trying to get a hold of me". I was told that there was no air conditioning in the building and that my reservation was being cancelled. Mind you, I am two hours from my destination and we were in town for the Perfect Game Baseball tournament. I was told that all Marriotts were booked and that they could NOT help me find a reservation. I am beyond disappointed and I would not recommend this property to any Baseball parent bringing their son in for a Perfect Game event.

Some things are updated and some are not. Made for a weird experience. It was just filthy in some ways and I just couldn't get past it. AC in closet was so loud so check that before you unpack. Make sure you know what "housekeeping" entails and how often you get it. We had to get new towels, take out our trash, etc. several times.

The rooms were very dated, the smell of smoke and marijuana was prevalent and we could hear the persons next to us blasting music all night. The hall walking to the room was dirty and trash was overflowing. Would not stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel only because of the pool and we stayed there after i had surgery last year for 6 days and it was awesome. However, we wasn't told the pool was closed when i booked, the bathroom tub had a crack in it & was seperating from the floor. Totally not worth the $344 we paid for one night!

Room originally assigned door wasnt working so i couldnt get into the room. Then i was down graded to a smaller room and told i need to speak to GM who wasnt at work. The carpet in the bathroom was frayed and dirty. I was told not to turn ac down too low as the system would freeze and stop working. Ive called 2 more times to speak to the GM and she still isnt at work.

It's a very clean establishment. The front desk person Trina was so professional and full of knowledge. She got us checked in quickly so we could rest, such wonderful service. There was plenty of stores, restaurants, shopping and gas stations within walking distance.

Very poor for a marriott
This hotel needs work, the rooms didnt not have any cooking utensils or glasses / plates and when i asked about them i was told he could give me a key to go and look in other rooms. The breakfast was very poor unlike the free full advertised and a number of things jn the room where broken including the main door and the dishwasher.
