Ac was broken

Ac was broken. Room was dirty. Staff did not help at all.

Convenient and clean hotel

Room was a rather run down. Too little possibilities to charge electronical devices. Otherwise ok!

A good place to stay in Atlanta

This is my second time staying at the Sheraton. The food was good, location was great and everyone in the hotel is friendly. The customer service is great!

Wonderful stay--quiet clean-friendly. Good food and service-just wish they had microwave and frig in rooms. Other than that excellent stay.

The hotel is not on par with the Sheraton standard. We stayed on the 8th floor. Very dingy looking, had to call housekeeping because a ring was around the tub, and one of the beds had yellow spots on them. Additional parking for guests is NOT safe. We arrived back at hotel on Saturday, there must have been an event going on. As a woman, there is NO WAY I would have parked at the back of a parking garage located at the back of the hotel.
