Great and comfortable hotel close to airport.

Pros: Probably more than anything the kindness an attentiveness of everyone who works there.
Cons: Free coffee in the lobby!
Location: The airport was my only interest
easy in, helpful and smiling folks at the desk, comfortable bed, and three shuttles an hour to the airport. could not have been easier.

Good property. Only one night, don't have opportunity of going around. But what I noticed, the both room is small, very congested, but have the basics.

clean room amazing bed and convenience to airport

I travel for work all year long and this hotel was one of the top 3 I've ever stayed at due to the experience from checking in to checking out!

Como y cerca del aeropuerto

La habitación que reserve no estaba 1ksz disponible y me dieron un habitación con 2 QS. Por la inconveniemcos me dieron free parking. Cerca del aeropuerto y nada ruidoso.

Convenient location, good service

Our stay was good. We only spent one night in between conection flights. Location excellent. Close to the airport. Hotel was clean. A littlw bit outdated but clean. Staff very friendly. Price was great.

朝食付で予約したが、1階のレストランで当日は朝食はビュッヘからアラカルトに変更になったと言われオーダーしたが、しっかり料金を取られた。

Club Lounge is pointless

I had to wait at the front desk to check in and I was the only one there although the concierge was nice. I did not get the room I reserved nor access to the club level that I paid for. They did finally give me access but did not give me the room that I paid for. Why do I have to pay to park when parking is not a premium? This is not a downtown location. This is just a way for them to schill you out of a few dollars. I could understand paying if I was only coming there for a meeting xcetera but I was a guest in the hotel. The hotel itself is nice overall but you can see its age everywhere U turn. There is a lot of whitewashing to make things look nice. But you can see the age of the hotel and the fact that it's not being properly renovated. For instance wallpaper is coming off everywhere carpets are filthy and old from 15 years ago. Even the lights outside the elevators are broken or missing. They put quite a bit of spit shine on things. But it's not what I would call extravagant in any way. The club Lounge was no nicer then any cheap hotel that would give you free happy hour. To me it's not worth the extra money nor does it live up to the Sheraton name. A beer or a glass of wine with some dried out cheese and fruit isn't really all that special. They make it seem exclusive but really they should offer it to everyone to make up for the condition of the hotel. I guess it's nice that you have a space that not everyone has access to.

Very nice stay!

The rate was a little pricey, but otherwise I really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and the bed was very comfortable.
