Close to atl airport. Hotel room, hallways need updating but very comfortable rooms, bed, very clean friendly staff!!... on time great shuttle also

The three days I spent at this Hotel was FABULOUS!

Pros: I have stayed at MANY MANY Hotels over the years, I must say, I had an excellent experience at every turn in this particular property!
Cons: Nada!
My very first experience was, requesting a mini fridge in my room, it was brought up only ten minutes after entering my room! Also, the staff was quite professional & informative in their dealings with the me and other guests!

Great and comfortable hotel close to airport.

Pros: Probably more than anything the kindness an attentiveness of everyone who works there.
Cons: Free coffee in the lobby!
Location: The airport was my only interest
easy in, helpful and smiling folks at the desk, comfortable bed, and three shuttles an hour to the airport. could not have been easier.

Good property. Only one night, don't have opportunity of going around. But what I noticed, the both room is small, very congested, but have the basics.

The rate was a little pricey, but otherwise I really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and the bed was very comfortable.

very clumsy hotel and staff, got no breakfast.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Parking and sticking with booking deal with Expedia.
very clumsy hotel and staff, got no breakfast although I paid for it when I booked my ticket, Secured Parking lot has extra charges that not clarified during booking and unsecured parking is too far from the hotel in an abandoned structure with a lot of dirt's and insects and no security or shuttle as they claimed.

Older Hotel, in need of updating

Pros: The lobby area was very attractive and up to date.
Cons: The hallways in the guest room areas were showing their age, with the carpets raveling in some places, and luggage marks on the hallway walls.
Although attractive in the lobby and a pleasant check-in, this hotel is tired. Primary complaint is inadequate parking. The garage for additional parking behind the hotel is under construction; the primary fenced lot in front of the hotel is sorely inadequate. The night we stayed there, there were no less than a dozen cars that had opted to park in driving areas because all the marked spots were occupied. The signs for additional parking point to an area behind the hotel where there is a closed, decrepit parking garage, and a drop-off area that's poorly lit and seemed unsafe. Also, there was an odd thing that would occur in the room - the headboard of one of the beds would occasionally move, as if it was connected, through the wall, to the headboard in the adjacent room. It was bothersome, and a little bit unsettling. There were numerous places in the room where things had been poorly patched, and even painted over in the wrong color paint.

Noisy Louts Everywhere

Pros: Front desk staff always helpful.
Cons: Please is more like a dorm than a business hotel. Two calls to security during the night to rid the halls of louts. Won't stay here again.
Hotel shabby, not sure when the announced renovation is to be completed. Signs have been up for a year now. Lobby computer and printer out of service. Most airport hotels have facilities to print boarding cards.
