I was very disappointed to find a sliding door in place of a regular door that actually closes and locks. The sliding door did not close or lock for needed privacy. When I complained about this the front desk assured me that all of the rooms in the hotel had sliding bathroom doors. She then offered me a complimentary voucher for a buffet breakfast.
