The ladies in the breakfast area were great but everything else was just ok. Nothing extraordinary. The building needs updated, there was a hole in my wall, wallpaper is in need of replacement/repair..the room cooled slowly. When I got in the room I had to rest the gfi to get my coffee machine going, which moving the heavy microwave to get to it.. I'm short so it was not easy for me. Had to pay for parking, 10 bucks is a little much for parking. Don't get me wrong, I'm well aware it could have much worse but I wouldn't stay for more than a night. If your looking for just a place to lay your head.. not bad. Pool was COLD.. no hot tub.

good hotel close to Sun Trust Park.

Pocket door to bathroom was broken and off track. Shower didn't drain well. Toilet wouldn't flush unless you help the handle until it was completely flushed.

No thanks, never again

Elevators did not always work. Hit or miss on someone being at the hotel store for toiletries. If you park onsite, you have to take an elevator down to the ground level then another up to your room. Did I mention that they did not have my room ready and I had to stay in a room with two full size beds for the first night? Highly disappointed at this hotel. Other Sheratons that I have stayed in were great. Not this one.

Comfortable but I was there 2 days housekeeper didn't show up to change my linen until I called the front desk

good close to convention

The hotel could not find my reservation that was booked thru expedia,I called in the morning before arriving they could not find it then called expedia ,expedia called them and called me back and said all was good.I got there and still no record of the reservation had to wait for 1 hr till they called expedia and wait for expedia to send by fax or something.had to get the manager involved.the problem was my name was slightly re arranged on the reservation.it seems like that should have been fixed from the morning when expedia reconfirmed it was ok after speaking to them before i got there. 2.Went to the bar downstairs to get ice cream it was a little busy but the people was a little confused took 45 min to get 2 scoops of ice cream ,1 reason the bar tender didn't give the info till late and the other they took their time to get it to me. again I had go to the back kitchen to see why so long after the manager of the bar came and took the order again.the people in the back got confused who it was for so it came out late. 3.toilet was running called to get fixed 1st day no one came ,second day called again and they came to fix right away but after it still did the same thing . this is my 3rd time I stayed here and every time there is a problem.I feel I should get somekind of discount or something. It was a good hotel, the traffic in front of the hotel was horrible. They were working on the road which made it worst to get out or in. I think the hotel should have free Wi-Fi to customers that's staying there

Stay there but don't drink there...

It was an amazing stay and the facilities are very nice. The lobby is beautiful but drinks are way too expense for the value. I paid $65 for 4 drinks and barely had a buzz. It took an hour to check in because they stated they did not get our reservation yet... The front desk staff was amazing gave me free parking and a free drink for my inconvenience. I would stay here again but I'd never drink here!!!
